Location Description

This Mallorca villa is situated in a rural position on the north side of the island, just five minutes' drive from the town of Alcudia and ten minutes to Puerto Pollensa. The town of Alcudia is steeped in history, all the way back to the Phoenicians and Greeks who arrived first, followed by the Romans, who made this town the capital of the island. Today you can enter the narrow streets via one of two gates that were constructed after the conquest of King Jaime I of Spain in 1235. The town offers a 2-hour guided walking tour to any who wish to fully appreciate the historic significance of the area, and the C-712 northern coast road has a designated bike lane for any especially adventurous cyclists in your group. Other great outings might include the Calvario steps in Pollensa town or Puerto Pollensa’s Pine Walk, along a strip of 1920’s-era hotels.

Exterior Description

This charming, newly constructed villa features Mediterranean style furnishings within a rustic-style structure. Tall arches support a covered terrace, where you can have your meals outdoors or just relax with a book. The swimming pool (10m x 5m, 1.2-1.8m deep), surrounded by grass, has roman steps and a shallow end for children.

Interior Description

Ground Floor: The entrance opens into a sitting room with two sofas, a TV, and French doors leading out onto the patio. This room is open to the dining area, which has a table seating six. A doorway leads into the kitchen, which has a breakfast table and is well-equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, electric oven, and gas cook-top. There are two bedrooms on this floor, each with two single beds. They share a bathroom with a sink, toilet, and bathtub.
First Floor: Upstairs there is a master bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a sink, toilet, and bathtub.

Arrive & Relax: Stocked with enough food to get your group through Saturday night and Sunday, this property allows you to show up, drop your bags, and settle in without a hassle. No searching for a grocery store after that long flight, and no worrying about Sunday store closures. You can deal with the details later... after a meal and a good nights' sleep!
