Are you thinking that traveling in a large group to spend the holidays in St. Thomas might mean a loss of privacy? Fortunately, that is definitely not so at this vacation accommodation in the Caribbean! As a walkway lined with banana trees leads you to the villa, you'll notice that each bedroom is in its own completely independent pavilion situated in a private courtyard, but when the whole group wants to hang out, there's a sixth pavilion with a living and dining area. Location Description

The villa is located in Peterborg on the north side of St. Thomas and the closest beach is Magens Bay, which is also the most popular on the island. Although Magens Bay is the only beach with a small fee, you'll be guaranteed a one-mile stretch of white sands, palm tree lined shores, and crystal clear waters. Coki Point is a great beach for snorkeling, Lindberg Bay is perfect for relaxing because it's rarely crowded, and Hull Bay is a local favorite. For shopping, dining, nightlife, and even sightseeing, Charlotte Amalie, the US Virgin Islands capital, is definitely the place to go. Here there is a large selection of shops, boutiques, restaurants, and historical sites. Visitors should also stop by Blackbeard's Castle, a tower built in 1679 by the Danes that became popular from the legend of the pirate Edward Teach, better known as Blackbeard, who used the castle as a lookout. Daily activities can include kayaking, parasailing, diving, boating, or any other imaginable water sport. St. Thomas also has music, art, and dance festivals and lots of enjoyable attractions that include a submarine ride, swimming with the dolphins, and an aerial cable car ride to Paradise Point. Needless to say, you will never run out of things to do!

Exterior Description

(4,535 sq ft) This villa is situated on the edge of a cliff looking down into the breaking surf. A staircase lined with banana trees leads you to the entrance of the villa, which is comprised of six pavilions (cottages), all connected by a covered walkway with several courtyards. This courtyard, the part that is uncovered, also has a couch, chairs, and a gas barbecue. An external staircase leads down to a sun deck with sun loungers and on to the private swimming pool (14ft x 34ft) built into the cliffside. Parking is available within the property grounds.

Main Pavilion

Main level: This common area pavilion has a living room with couches, a wall-mounted flat screen cable TV, DVD player, and glass doors that open to the terrace. Behind the couches is a dining table with chairs. There is a guest bathroom with a sink and toilet. Doors from this pavilion open to the veranda where there is an open-air kitchen and dining area with a table and chairs. The kitchen is equipped with a cook-top, oven, microwave, oven, blender, and dishwasher.

Bedroom Pavilions
(Two of the pavilions are located next to the main pavilion on the main level, one pavilion is located on the mezzanine level, and two more pavilions are located on the other end of the property on the main level. Each pavilion has a private courtyard.)
Each bedroom pavilion has a king-sized bed, cable TV, CD player, and an ensuite bathroom with a sink, toilet, and shower.
