Overall:
The villa is stunning! When we walked in our jaws dropped! The view is unbelievable and when you look out from the infinity pool you feel like the world is at your fingertips! The villa has everything you could possibly need including beach towels, bug spray, spices, TP, paper towels and soap. It also has a fully equipped laundry room.
Enjoyed Most:
The outdoor areas and the pool!! We spent so much time just gazing at the water and the harbor lights. I’ve never experienced anything like it. The kitchen is very well equipped which was great. They had pre-shopped for us which I recommend to everyone, it was a lifesaver!
Enjoyed Least:
There really isn’t a thing I didn’t love about the villa. I had one minor issue with a ceiling fan but we called the manager and they fixed it the very next day.
Surrounding Area:
The villa is on Flag Hill so you have to drive to get into town. Redhook was my favorite part of the island, it’s far away from the cruise ships and just a few minutes by car from the villa. Magens Bay is also very close by and if you go past Udder Delights, stop and grab a milkshake, they are the best!
Nearby Events or Locales:
Redhook, Havensight and Charlotte Amalie. You can find anything you need in those three places from food to bathing suits.
Tips or Restaurants:
We ate at Buddah Sushi which was fabulous. The Blue Moon Café at Secret Harbor beach is also delicious and the setting is very romantic. Also try Epernay in French town. Duffy’s Love Shack in Redhook is a great place if you just want burgers, conch fritters and a fabulous time! The other tip I would give people is to be conservative with water and buy drinking water.
Check In Out:
Check in and out are a breeze. They meet you at the airport and you follow them to the villa. He was polite the entire time and when we arrived he gave us a tour. He had all the AC and the fans running so it was nice and cool. It was greatly appreciated. They leave a packet with numbers so that if anything goes wrong someone fixes it very quickly.
