Different people have different tastes and this Caribbean villa is all about giving you and your family options. This Barbados rental is situated on a hillside and gives great views of the Caribbean Sea. Of course, there is one thing everyone is sure to agree on: this villa in Barbados is marvelous!

Location Description

Located in Halcyon Heights in the parish of St. James, this west coast villa is just a short distance to the beach. Referred to as the "Platinum Coast," St. James is known for having the calmest seas, the safest waters, and the softest sand. Many fun, interesting, and celebratory festivals are held throughout the year around the island, including the renowned Holetown Festival in February, which consists of fashion shows, street parades, live concerts, theatrical performances, and much more! Barbados is also a great place for the shopper, especially in the capital of Bridgetown. Broad Street has department stores, duty free shops, and other specialty boutiques whereas Pelican Village is a charming and picturesque outdoor center full of restaurants, art galleries, and craft stores. The island is very lively and has plenty of opportunities to play any kind of water sport, go golfing, and visit museums, all which allow you to make your schedule as busy or calm as you'd prefer.

Exterior Description

The villa is situated on a hillside in the Halcyon Heights neighborhood with views of the Caribbean Sea. The patio is furnished with couches, a dining table with chairs, and looks to the beach. Within the villa's tropical gardens are a fishpond and a private swimming pool (15ft x 20ft) bordered by trees and surrounded by sun loungers and umbrellas.

Interior Description

This villa is comprised of two floors. There are two living rooms with couches and each of them open to the patio. The indoor dining area has a table and chairs and is situated next to the fully-equipped kitchen, which is staffed with a personal cook for every meal. The first bedroom has two single beds (which can be connected upon prior request) and an ensuite bathroom with a shower and tub. The second, third, fourth, and fifth bedrooms each have a queen-sized bed. There are three additional bathrooms, each with a shower.

Available Amenities: Air conditioning, ceiling fans, TV (local channels only), fax machine, ADSL high-speed internet connection, digital safe, security system, private swimming pool. This villa comes with a private cook (3 meals per day), laundress, and maid service, each available six days a week.

Please Note:

Two single beds can be connected to form one king-sized bed upon request.

This is a non-smoking property.

Two week minimum rentals are required over the Christmas/New Year period.
