Location Description

Located on the prestigious Polo Ridge in the parish of St. James, this west coast villa is just a short distance to the beach. Referred to as the "Platinum Coast," St. James is known for having the calmest seas, the safest waters, and the softest sand. Many fun, interesting, and celebratory festivals are held throughout the year around the island, including the renowned Holetown Festival in February, which consists of fashion shows, street parades, live concerts, theatrical performances, and much more! Barbados is also a great place for the shopper, especially in the capital of Bridgetown. Broad Street has department stores, duty free shops, and other specialty boutiques whereas Pelican Village is a charming and picturesque outdoor center full of restaurants, art galleries, and craft stores. The island is very lively and has plenty of opportunities to play any kind of water sport, go golfing, and visit museums, all which allow you to make your schedule as busy or calm as you'd prefer.

Exterior Description

There are lovely ocean views of the Caribbean Sea from the grounds of this villa, which is situated within a lush garden. The patio, which also serves as a living room of this villa, looks to the sea as well, and is furnished with several couches and comfortable chairs as well as ceiling fans. There is a private swimming pool (20ft x 25ft), surrounded by sung loungers and a table with chairs, and a private tennis court located within the garden.

Interior Description

The open-air living room has couches, cable TV, and directly faces the patio. Please be aware that the living room is not fully enclosed and is technically part of the patio. The dining room has a round table with chairs. There is a separate dining room with a table and chairs and a fully-equipped kitchen that is staffed with a personal cook for every meal. The first bedroom has a king-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower and separate tub. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower and tub. The third, fourth, and fifth bathrooms each have two single beds (which can be connected upon prior request) and an ensuite bathroom with a shower and tub.
