This Caribbean villa, located right outside of Bridgetown, is well-equipped enough to have your own celebrations and gatherings right at home. With living and dining rooms both inside and out, as well as a private swimming pool, Jacuzzi, and many sun loungers, this Barbados villa is the place to be!

Location Description

Located on the exclusive Sandy Lane Estate in the parish of St. James, this west coast villa is just a short distance to the beach. Referred to as the "Platinum Coast," St. James is known for having the calmest seas, the safest waters, and the softest sand. Many fun, interesting, and celebratory festivals are held throughout the year around the island, including the renowned Holetown Festival in February, which consists of fashion shows, street parades, live concerts, theatrical performances, and much more! Barbados is also a great place for the shopper, especially in the capital of Bridgetown. Broad Street has department stores, duty free shops, and other specialty boutiques whereas Pelican Village is a charming and picturesque outdoor center full of restaurants, art galleries, and craft stores. The island is very lively and has plenty of opportunities to play any kind of water sport, go golfing, and visit museums, all which allow you to make your schedule as busy or calm as you'd prefer.

Exterior Description

This villa is set in a garden full of tropical plants and trees. There is a large covered patio with two outdoor living rooms with couches, armchairs, and ceiling fans as well as a dining area with a table and chairs. This villa has a Jacuzzi raised with a waterfall that flows into the private swimming pool. Surrounding the pool area are lounge chairs as well as two gazebos. The first gazebo has more lounge chairs while the second gazebo has a dining table, chairs, and a wet bar.

Interior Description

The living room has couches and armchairs and looks to the garden. There is a separate dining room with a table and chairs and a fully-equipped kitchen that is staffed with a personal cook for every meal. The first and second bedrooms each have a king-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom. The third bedroom has a queen-sized bed with an ensuite bathroom. The fourth and fifth bedrooms each have two single beds (which can be connected in one of the bedrooms) and an ensuite bathroom. There is a separate guest bathroom with a sink and WC.

Available Amenities: Ceiling fans, satellite TV, safe in each bedroom, gazebo with wet bar, private swimming pool, Jacuzzi. This villa comes with a private butler, cook (3 meals per day), laundress, and maid service, each available six days a week.

Security guard: 60 dollars per night
