The villa is located near the center of Puerto Pollensa and is 800 meters from the nearest supermarket and a kilometer and a half from the nearest beach. Puerto Pollensa has sidewalk cafes, charming shops, yachts harboring in the marina, and beautiful beaches. Wednesday is market day where the Church Square is full of vendors selling fruits, vegetables, and local crafts. Five kilometers away is the nearest town, Pollensa. You’ll find Pollensa to be an archetypical Mallorcan town: a maze of winding streets, each with its own character, and a mix of both old and new. For amazing views of the Pollensa bay and surrounding valley, get some exercise in and climb the 365 Calvario Steps that lead from the town's center to a 18th century chapel at the top. Although used annually on Good Friday for a religious procession, the walk up is definitely worth it any time of the year! Around Pollensa's town square are cafes, restaurants, and an outdoor market on Sundays. There are also some remnants from Roman times, as well as the Gothic church of St. Jordi—which has in its lifetime served as both a hospice and a refuge during pirate raids.

This villa is situated in the residential complex of El Putxet and has a garden of flourishing trees, plants, and flowers. The first floor has a terrace furnished with cushioned chairs that overlook the garden. The ground level opens to the garden where there is a private swimming pool (8m x 3m) surrounded by a sun deck with sun loungers and umbrellas.

Ground floor: Accessible from an internal staircase from the first floor or from the garden, this room has an open living and dining room with couches, satellite TV, and a table with chairs. The kitchen is equipped with a cook-top, oven, and dishwasher. There are three bedrooms on this floor, each with two single beds, and one of which has an ensuite bathroom with a sink, toilet, and shower. There is a second bathroom with a sink, toilet, and shower.
First floor: The main entrance of the villa opens to the first floor where there is an open living and dining room with a couch, armchairs, fireplace, satellite TV, and dining table with chairs. This room has large glass doors that open to the furnished balcony. The kitchen is equipped with a cook-top, oven, and dishwasher. There is one bedroom with a 180 cm king-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom with a sink, toilet, shower, and separate tub with a handheld shower.
