Location Description

Situated on the hill of Akrotiri, this villa is 500 meters from the beach and two and a half kilometers from the town of Zakynthos. Zakynthos, also referred to as Zante, is the capital of the island and features a long waterfront filled with restaurants and shops. Its most famous square, Solomos, was named after the Greek poet Dionysios Solomos who wrote the country's national hymn. There are many opportunities to play water sports, go sailing, diving, or windsurfing. The town also has live entertainment, museums, churches, and a fortress that offers amazing views. Different ferries can be found on the waterfront in town although the airport is just five kilometers from the property.

Exterior Description

(1600m2) This villa is nestled in a garden of colorful flowers, plants, and trees that include laurels, olives, pines, oaks, lemons, pears, peaches, pomegranates, and vanilla. Several footpaths are located throughout the garden that will lead you to different views of the Ionian Sea. There is a terrace furnished with a couch, two armchairs, and a table with chairs. The private swimming pool (8m x 4m) is surrounded by sun loungers. A stone wall surrounds the property and garage parking is available within the grounds.

Interior Description

Ground Floor: The entrance hall leads to a staircase of 15 stairs. First Floor: The living room has couches, armchairs, and antique furnishings situated around a fireplace. This room also has access to the terrace. There is a separate dining room with a table and chairs that has access to the terrace as well. The kitchen is equipped with a cook-top, oven, microwave, toaster, blender, coffee maker, and dishwasher. There is a bedroom with a 200 cm king-size bed, an ensuite bathroom (with tub and handheld shower head) and a balcony. There is also a guest bathroom with sink and WC.
Second floor: A staircase leads up to three bedrooms. The first bedroom is a suite with a 200 cm king-sized bed, dressing room, office, and private veranda. The bathroom has a sink, toilet, and shower. The second and third bedrooms each have two 100 cm single beds with veranda. They share a bathroom with a sink, toilet, and tub with handheld shower head.
