Just outside Cortona, this self-catering accommodation is private, nicely furnished, and features both an indoor and outdoor swimming pools!
- Location Description
- The property is located five kilometers from Foiano della Chiana where you'll find a golf course, restaurants, and shops, but its claim to fame is its annual carnival which first began in the year 1539 and is the oldest in Italy. The four districts of the town (Bombolo, Azzurri, Rustici, and Nottambuli) compete for the Carnival’s Cup by trying to build the most impressive and creative float. The ancient Etruscan town of Cortona is a short drive away and is full of art, history, and culture. Tour frescoed churches from the 13th century; explore the original city walls, and then visit an art exhibit in the 16th century fortress. You are also sure to find restaurants featuring delicious Tuscan dishes and ancient tombs dating back to the second century BC. There are plenty of local shops selling antiques, crafts, wines, and olive oils. Great day trip destinations include Arezzo, Montepulciano, and Siena.

- This villa is situated in a secluded position and features breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside. The landscaped garden is full of colorful flowers as well as green trees and plants that surround the private outdoor swimming pool (6m x 12m) with sun loungers. Located on the ground floor of the villa is a private indoor swimming pool (3m x 5m) with a sauna and bathroom with a shower, available at an additional cost. Parking is available within the property grounds.

Ground floor: There is a living room with couches, a fireplace, and access to the terrace. The dining area has a table with chairs and the kitchen is equipped with a cook-top, oven, microwave, toaster, and dishwasher. There is one bedroom with a 160 cm queen-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom with a sink, toilet, and shower. This floor also has a guest bathroom with a sink and toilet, a laundry room with a washing machine, and access to the indoor swimming pool.
First floor: A staircase and an elevator lead up to this floor. The first and second bedrooms are suites, each with a living room with a fireplace, a bedroom with a 160 cm queen-sized bed, and a bathroom with a sink, toilet, and hydro-massage tub. The third bedroom is a suite with a living room with a fireplace, a bedroom with a 160 cm queen-sized bed, and a bathroom with a sink, toilet, and shower. The fourth, fifth, sixth, and seventh bedrooms each have a 160 cm queen-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom with a sink, toilet, and shower.
Second floor (attic): There is one bedroom with a 160 cm queen-sized bed and one bathroom with a sink, toilet, and shower.

Security Deposit
- Upon arrival at the property you are required to pay to the property representative a security deposit payable in cash. The security deposit will be returned to you prior to your departure minus any extra charges or accidental damages to the property. The listed security deposit is: 1500 EUR

- Final cleaning charge per person: 25 EUR
- Minimum final cleaning charge: 250 EUR

Other Notes
- Extra maid service is usually available upon request and is paid locally.
- If available, heating is allowed by Italian law only from November 1 to April 1 with exceptions made for extreme weather
- If you arrive outside of the acceptable arrival times you will be charged a late arrival fee
- Clients are expected to depart the property by 9:00 am, unless otherwise indicated.
- If available, cook service must be arranged at least two months prior to arrival and is subject to the availability of the cook.
- CLIENTS ARE REQUIRED TO GIVE A PHOTOCOPY OF THEIR PASSPORT TO THE LOCAL MANAGER WHEN THEY ARRIVE AT THE PROPERTY.
