Located just outside the hilltop town of Cortona, you and your guests will be able to do lots of sight-seeing, eating, and wine tasting! Be sure to bring some extra bottles of wine home with you to this Tuscany accommodation so you can enjoy them under the outdoor gazebo while taking in the wonderful views that will surround you.

The nearest town, at seven kilometers away, is Cortona. Cortona is an ancient Etruscan town and is full of art, history, and culture. Tour frescoed churches from the 13th century; explore the original city walls, and then visit an art exhibit in the 16th century fortress. You are also sure to find restaurants featuring delicious Tuscan dishes and ancient tombs dating back to the second century BC. There are plenty of shops selling antiques, crafts, wines, and olive oils, as well as a bank, post office, and pharmacy. Excellent day trip destinations from the property are to Lake Trasimeno, where you can go to the beach or play water sports, Arezzo, Perugia, or Siena.

(4000m2) Dating back to the 18th century, this farmhouse is a design typical of the Val di Chiana and has since been completely restored while respecting the original architectural characteristics and details of when it was built. The farmhouse is surrounded by many trees, which include cypress, secular, and olive trees. There is a gazebo covering a barbecue and a table with 14 chairs. The private swimming pool (16m x 7m) is surrounded by sun loungers as well as great views. Covered parking is available within the property grounds.

Ground floor: The entrance leads to a living room with couches, satellite TV, DVD player, and stereo. There is a nearby dining area has two tables with chairs. The kitchen is equipped with a cook-top, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, and dishwasher. There are two bedrooms on this floor, each with a 160 cm queen-sized bed (one of which can be separated to form two narrow single beds). There is one bathroom with a sink, toilet, and shower. This floor also has a laundry room with a washing machine, and a service bathroom with a toilet.
First floor: A staircase leads up to a common area with a large table and chairs. There are also four bedrooms on this floor. The first bedroom has a 160 cm queen-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom with a sink, toilet, and tub with a handheld shower. The second bedroom has a 160 cm queen-sized bed, a living area with a sofa bed (most suitable for one), and an ensuite bathroom with a sink, toilet, and shower. The third and fourth bedrooms each have a 160 cm queen-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower.
Second floor: A staircase leads up to one bedroom with a 140 cm double bed (which is comfortable for one and cozy for two) and an ensuite bathroom with a sink, toilet, and shower.

Security Deposit
- Upon arrival at the property you are required to pay to the property representative a security deposit payable in cash. The security deposit will be returned to you prior to your departure minus any extra charges or accidental damages to the property. The listed security deposit is: 500 EUR

- Mandatory final cleaning fee: 150 EUR
Other Notes
- Extra maid service is usually available upon request and is paid locally.
- If available, heating is allowed by Italian law only from November 1 to April 1 with exceptions made for extreme weather
- If you arrive outside of the acceptable arrival times you will be charged a late arrival fee
- Clients are expected to depart the property by 9:00 am, unless otherwise indicated.
- If available, cook service must be arranged at least two months prior to arrival and is subject to the availability of the cook.
- CLIENTS ARE REQUIRED TO GIVE A PHOTOCOPY OF THEIR PASSPORT TO THE LOCAL MANAGER WHEN THEY ARRIVE AT THE PROPERTY.
