Located just steps from the water and only three kilometers from town, this seaside villa on Crete is such a wonderful place to spend a vacation. Have some fun in the sun while exploring one of Greece’s most beautiful islands with your family or friends.

Location Description

The property is located 10 meters from the sea and 700 meters from the nearest restaurant, which also offers free delivery on any order. Three kilometers away is the town of Sitia, known for its relaxed atmosphere and friendly locals. Filled with shops, restaurants, and markets, Sitia is also where you'll also find an archaeological museum and the ferry port. There is also a weekly farmer's market with fresh produce, a post office, and several pharmacies. Sitia also has a domestic airport severed by the local airline Sky Express that offers flights to Athens five days a week. For day trips away from the property, visit Kouremenos for its nice beach with superior wind-surfing conditions, Makrigialos for its caves and sandy beaches along the southern coast, Vai for not only being one of the most visited attractions on the island but also home to the largest natural palm forest in Europe, and Agios Nikolaos, a cosmopolitan resort town that offers boat rentals and day tours to Santorini.

Exterior Description

(10,000m2) This villa is located on an estate surrounded by green fields with eucalyptus and palm trees, and gardens with fruits and vegetables. Also situated on the same estate are three other villas, including one where the owner lives. Villa Sitia, which is comprised of two apartments, is 50 meters away. This villa has two spacious outdoor verandas with comfortable furniture overlooking the sea and surrounding green fields. There is a shared barbecue and large outdoor dining area in the garden. Access to the property is via an asphalt road of 500 meters and shaded parking is available for up to three cars within the grounds.

Ground floor: There are two bedrooms on this floor. The first bedroom has a 180 cm king-sized bed, a built-in wardrobe, and access to a private terrace with views of the sea. The second bedroom has a 180 cm king-sized bed, a built-in wardrobe, and access to a smaller terrace with views of the sea. There is one bathroom with a sink, toilet, and shower. A washing machine is also on this floor.
First (top) floor: The villa’s main entrance is situated on this floor. There is an open-plan living room with a sofa bed (most suitable for one) and a dining area with a table and chairs as well as unobstructed views of the sea. The kitchen is equipped with a cook-top and microwave. There is one bathroom with a sink, toilet, and shower.
