The property is located 10 meters from the sea and 700 meters from the nearest restaurant, which also offers free delivery on any order. Three kilometers away is the town of Sitia, known for its relaxed atmosphere and friendly locals. Filled with shops, restaurants, and markets, Sitia is also where you'll also find an archaeological museum and the ferry port. There is also a weekly farmer's market with fresh produce, a post office, and several pharmacies. For day trips away from the property, visit Kouremenos for its nice beach with superior wind-surfing conditions, Makrigialos for its caves and sandy beaches along the southern coast, and Agios Nikolaos, a cosmopolitan resort town that offers boat rentals and day tours to Santorini.

(10,000m2) Finished in January of 2008, this villa is located on an estate surrounded by green fields with eucalyptus and palm trees, and gardens with fruits and vegetables. Also situated on the same estate are three other villas, including one where the owner lives. This villa, which is comprised of two independent apartments, can be rented individually or together under the name Villa Sitia. There are two larger terraces, one accessible from the apartment's living room and the other from one of the bedrooms, and one smaller terrace accessible from a bedroom. The larger terraces are furnished with comfortable furniture and lounge chairs. In the garden is a shared dining area with a barbecue and a table with chairs. Access to the property is via an asphalt road of 500 meters and shaded parking is available for up to three cars within the grounds.

Upper floor: There is an open-plan living/dinig room with a 160cm queen-size sofa bed, a fireplace, a dining table with chairs, and access to a large, furnished and shaded terrace. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic cook-top, oven, and microwave. There is one bathroom with a sink, toilet, and shower.
Ground floor: A spiral wooden staircase leads down 15 steps to the ground floor where there are two bedrooms. Each bedroom has a built-in wardrobe, and access to a shaded terrace. One bedroom has a 160cm queen size bed, and the other bedroom has a 200cm king size bed. Please note that it is possible to add a 100 cm single bed to one of the bedrooms - upon prior request. There is one bathroom with a sink, toilet, and shower with a tub. A storage room has a washing machine and a rack for drying clothes.

- Upon arrival at the property you are required to pay to the property representative a security deposit payable in cash. The security deposit will be returned to you prior to your departure minus any extra charges or accidental damages to the property. The listed security deposit is: 100 EUR
