Overall:
Very good... except for the wind!
Enjoyed Most:
The view and the seclusion... although town was a short drive away.
Unpleasant Surprises:
Bathrooms were minimalistic and not enough towels were provided to soak up extra water that escaped the shower pan.
Surrounding Area:
Lots of interesting side-trip potential. Especially for those who love ruins.
Nearby Events or Locales:
Sitia... not within walking distance, but less than 5 minutes by car.
Tips or Restaurants:
Grocery stores in Crete are closed on Sunday! The restaurant 700m from the house provided good food and delivery service. "Zorba's" in town had authentic Greek food despite the name.

Overall:
We had a WONDERFUL TIME at the villa! We would definitely recommend this villa.
Enjoyed Most:
The owners were very nice and even made Russian pancakes for us one day and they also let us use their laptop.
Unpleasant Surprises:
Nothing.
Surrounding Area:
It was all wonderful.
