- Location Description
- The property is located within walking distance of the small town of Civenna where there are restaurants, cafes, and markets. Six kilometers away is Bellagio, a town on the cape that divides Lake Como into two parts. Referred to as the “Pearl of Lake Como,” Bellagio is a beautiful place that has lots to see and do. Lakeside walkways and promenades are perfect for romantic strolls while a visit to the Promotory is the perfect place to go for great views. Bellagio is home to restaurants, shops, markets, gardens, parks, and water sport opportunities. The main sights are St. James Basilica, Villa Melzi, and Villa Serbelloni. Day trips can include Lecco, Como, and Milan.

The villa offers panoramic views of Lake Como. It has a garden with plants, flowers, and a landscaped lawn. The private swimming pool (6m x 11m) is surrounded by a sun deck with sun loungers. Parking is available within the property grounds.

A staircase of 15 steps leads down to the entrance.
Ground floor:There is living room with couches, chairs, TV (local channels only), and DVD player. A dining area has a table with chairs and access to the terrace. The kitchen is equipped with a cook-top, oven, and dishwasher. A sitting room has access to the terrace as well. There is a guest bathroom with a sink and toilet.
First floor:A staircase leads up to three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The first bedroom has a 160 cm queen-sized bed and a private bathroom with a sink, toilet, shower, and tub. The second bedroom has a 160 cm queen-sized bed and the third bedroom has two 90 cm single beds. The second and third bathrooms each have a sink, toilet, and shower.

Security Deposit
- Upon arrival at the property you are required to pay to the property representative a security deposit payable in cash. The security deposit will be returned to you prior to your departure minus any extra charges or accidental damages to the property. The listed security deposit is: 800 EUR
Additional Expenses
- If available, telephone is extra and charged according to consumption.
- Arrivals after 7:30 pm must pay a late check-in fee.
Other Notes
- CLIENTS ARE REQUIRED TO GIVE A PHOTOCOPY OF THEIR PASSPORT TO THE LOCAL MANAGER WHEN THEY ARRIVE AT THE PROPERTY. IN ADDITION, CLIENTS MAY BE ASKED TO SIGN A CONTRACT FOR THE LOCAL AUTHORITIES.
- Departures must take place by 9:30 am.
- Tourist Tax: Please be aware that upon arrival you may be asked to pay a mandatory Tourist Tax of 1-5 Euros per person per day.
