Overall:
Villa was as described. All rooms and facilities were in very good condition, including furniture, linens, dishes, glasses, appliances, etc. Neighbors were helpful when the electric went out; it was fixed in minutes.
Enjoyed Most:
The view was stupendous, and eating outdoors was terrific.
The A/C worked perfectly, as did the WiFi. All outdoor furniture was excellent and comfortable. The outdoor shower was a nice addition.
Enjoyed Least:
Location was wonderful, but it required driving into town, which was not for the faint-hearted because the parking situation at the house was difficult; it required a difficult maneuver to turn the car around at the top of the hill. The bed in the downstairs bedroom was uncomfortable.
Surrounding Area:
All of it was wonderful: Sorrento, Pompeii, Amalfi coast, Ravello, Poaitano, and the beach club in Massa Lubrense! And Capri.
Nearby Events or Locales:
Massa Lubrense, it was walking distance, but a difficult walk with the cars and motor scooters--no real sidewalk.
Tips or Restaurants:
Beach towels--But they are easy and inexpensive to buy.
The small store had everything in the way of food, milk, juices meat, chicken, bread etc--also any other household necessities.

None, they were perfect.

Overall:
We enjoyed our experience.
Enjoyed Most:
The view is spectacular. It's a good location and the owner is very friendly. The decor of the house is very pleasant, and it's quiet and private.
Enjoyed Least:
We did not have enough hot water. There were many ants in the house, especially the kitchen. The WiFi was unreliable. Editor's Note: The hot water heater as been repaired. August, 2013

Good restaurants in the neighborhood.
Nearby Events or Locales:
Massa Lubrense. It was within walking distance, however, due to the narrow road with no sidewalks, we could not walk there. Nice small town with good restaurants
Directions:
We used both a GPS and the instructions. Our GPS would often lose reception so the instructions were very helpful.

Overall:
Wonderful.
Enjoyed Most:
The view and the terrace space.
Enjoyed Least:
You had to drive to get to any place other than the one local restaurant.
Surrounding Area:
Very beautiful lemon and orange groves within walking distance up the hill from the villa. You could take very pleasant walks from the villa, as long as you don't mind hills! And, within short driving distance, you had access to many beautiful little towns. It is a very easy day trip to Naples, Pompeii, Positano, Ravello, and Amalfi.
Nearby Events or Locales:
Massa Lubrense, but we never really went there. Sorrento is 10-minutes away by car.
Tips or Restaurants:
The restaurant within walking distance (approx. 3 min) of Casa Daisy is perfectly adequate for simple meals and has a very friendly staff. Sorrento is filled with restaurants. For casual dining, we enjoyed the Inn Buffalito and pizza from Pizzeria De Franco's; you can also take pizza to go from here and gelato from the store next door.
Directions:
Guido was very available and accomodating. He offered to meet us in Sorrento and allow us to follow him to Casa Daisy at a time convenient for us. We opted for a GPS and we called him when we reached Sorrento and met him at Casa Daisy. Guido was extremely responsive to our needs and questions.
Check In Out:
He met us at the exact time we requested, which was different from the time originally planned. He helped us with our bags, returned our deposit, and graciously wished us well for our return travels.
