Elegantly decorated with paintings, sculptures, photography, Persian rugs, and marble and onyx tiles, this villa’s interiors are as sumptuous as its views overlooking the Atlantic and Tenerife’s coastline. Location Description

This villa is located on the northern coast of Tenerife, the largest of Spain’s Canary Islands, which are off the coast of North Africa. Tenerife has near-perfect weather year round and is a nature lover’s paradise, with varied geography that includes lush forests, deserts, mountains, volcanoes (one of the largest in the world!), and, of course, miles of beaches, including some with black volcanic sand. The spectacular Mount Teide National Park, which has a unique alpine volcanic ecosystem, is only 35 kilometers away. The island is also a major destination for amateur and professional astronomers because of its famously clear nighttime skies. There is a bus stop 700 meters away, and there are shops and restaurants within a kilometer of the property. Many of the nearby towns are well worth a visit, for their unique combination of island and Spanish culture. They include La Orotava, which has a gorgeous town center and is surrounded by banana plantations; Garachico, which was rebuilt after being buried by a volcanic eruption in 1706; and the World Heritage site of San Cristobol de La Laguna. If you feel like being active, golf, beaches, diving, hiking, horseback riding, and paragliding are all within reach. Don’t miss out on the exciting festivals that occur during spring and summer – Carnival, which takes place only 3 kilometers from the villa, is especially a must-see.

This colonial-style villa is on a large estate surrounded by trees, palms, and gardens, with dramatic views of Tenerife, the Atlantic, and Mount Teide. There are multiple outdoor barbeque and dining areas for enjoying the views, kept cozy by outdoor fireplaces. There are also three different seating areas with outdoor sofas and chairs. The large, private pool (14 x 25 x 30 m, or 160 m2) is triangle shaped and is open year-round. There is a private paved entry road, and outdoor parking for 15 cars.

Ground floor: The villa is entered through a porch decorated with pillars and Portuguese tile mosaics, leading to a decorated entrance hall. To the right, there is a guest bathroom with a toilet and sink. To the left, there is a wing with three bedrooms. The first bedroom has an adjustable, reclining king-size bed (200 cm), ocean views, access to an exterior dining area with fireplace, and an ensuite marble bathroom with a hot tub with showerhead, two sinks, and a toilet. The second bedroom has an adjustable reclining king-size bed (200 cm), a desk, a sofa, sea views and outdoor access, and an onyx ensuite bathroom with a hot tub with showerhead, two sinks, and a toilet. The third bedroom has an adjustable reclining king-size bed (200 cm), desk, sofa, ocean views, outdoor access, and an ensuite marble bathroom with a hot tub with shower, Jacuzzi, toilet, and two sinks. There’s another hall with skylight, desk, and chair, leading do a dining room with seating for 12 and access to the garden. The main kitchen is adjacent, equipped with s dishwasher, microwave, oven, and toaster. The living room has couches, chairs, satellite TV, access to the garden and swimming pool, and panoramic views. There’s a fireplace room, a piano room with a white grand piano, a laundry and storage room, a two car garage, and a gym with fitness machines, a sauna, a Turkish bath, and a shower. Bodega roomThrough the main garden and down a small stairway, there is the bodega room, decorated with a wall-sized photo of the Ucanca Valley, which has a wine cellar, dancing area, kitchen, guest bathroom with a toilet and sink, and a terrace with a dining table, barbeque, two fish ponds, and marble statues. First floor: 12 steps up, this floor has an office with views of the pool and garden, the ocean, and Mount Teide.
