Or, you and your guests can enjoy views of the village and surrounding countryside from this villa’s covered loggia and furnished terraces, while the staff cooks you an authentic Italian meal to enjoy al fresco.

Location Description

This villa has stunning views of nearby Portofino, a charming, village in the Italian Riviera, along the Mediterranean coast of Italy. A 100 meter minute walk down 62 steps takes you to its harbor of chic yachts, colorful boats, seafood restaurants and fashionable shops. Portofino is well connected with ferries, bus and train stations making for convenient day trips to Santa Margherita Ligure, Rapallo, Genova and the Cinque Terre. A bus can take you from Portofino into Santa Margherita (with a train station that goes to the Cinque Terre) or Rapallo. The coastal town of Rapallo has been a well-known resort since the 19th century. There are many restaurants, cafes, bars, and nightlife activities nearby. The Rapallo train station can take you to Genoa, Milan, Pisa and Rome. Ferries depart from Rapallo for Portofino, Santa Margherita and the Cinque Terre. Ideal for a daytrip, Genoa, purported birthplace of Christopher Columbus, is recently experiencing a revival in popularity. UNESCO has added the city to its list of World Heritage Sites because of its numerous palazzi. There is also a cathedral, the second-largest aquarium in the world, and an opera house. Genoa is the closest city with an airport.

Exterior Description

This villa is located just above Portofino, and boasts spectacular views of the town and the surrounding countryside. There are multiple furnished areas for al fresco dining and for enjoying the views, including a covered loggia with sofas and couches and an equally well-furnished terrace. There’s villa is accented by a lovely olive tree.

Interior Description

Lower Ground Floor: This floor has a two bedrooms, each with a single bed (85-90 cm). There’s a kitchen corner. There’s a bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet. Ground Floor: This floor has an entrance hall leading to a large sitting room with a fireplace. French windows open on to the terrace. There’s a fully equipped kitchen. There’s a bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet. First Floor: This floor has five bedrooms. The first is a master bedroom with a queen-size bed (160-170 cm) and a large terrace overlooking the village, the harbor, and countryside. The second has a standard double bed (140 cm, comfortable for one, cozy for two). The third and fourth have twin-beds (85-90 cm). The fifth has a queen-size bed (160-170 cm). There are two bathrooms, each with a sink, shower, bathtub, and toilet.
