You and your guests will no doubt spend much time marveling at the beautiful valley below, the rolling hills beyond, and the wide open sky on the horizon. You can even admire your surroundings from the villa’s private pool! With four double bedrooms and as many bathrooms, this villa is a great choice for both family and friends.

Location Description

This villa is located in the countryside in the heart of Umbria, and there’s a food shop within walking distance. You don’t want to miss the medieval city of Todi, one of Umbria’s famous cultural jewels, which is a mere 4 kilometers from the villa. A perfectly preserved historic town, Todi has a world-wide reputation for its beauty and cultural events. The city center’s piazza is ideal for dining outdoors or for sipping cocktails as you take in the surroundings. Todi holds many impressive architectural sights, such as the Palazzio del Popolo, one of the first indoor public spaces in Italy, which was built in the 1200s. The city has also made recent headlines for garnering recent acclaim for its livability, sustainability, and ability to successfully reinvent itself over time. Day trips include the hill town of Deruta, which is famous for its ceramics, Perugia, or Assisi. From Orvieto, there are trains to Rome and Florence.

Exterior Description

This stone villa overlooks a lovely valley and the rolling hills of the Umbrian countryside. There’s a landscaped garden with Mediterranean vegetation, and a grassy lawn. The private pool (5 x 10 m) is surrounded by a small patio with sun loungers, and a large covered portico offers tables and chairs for al fresco dining – you can even prepare your meal on the stone barbeque. There’s also private parking.

Interior Description

Ground floor: This floor has a dining room with a table and chairs for 10 guests and a fireplace and French windows opening onto the furnished portico. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and a microwave. There is a laundry room with a washing machine. Mezzanine level: Up a flight of stairs, this floor has a sitting room with a fireplace and French windows opening onto the garden. There is a guest bathroom with a toilet and sink. There’s a bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm) and an ensuite bathroom with bathtub, sink, and toilet. First floor: This floor has the main entrance to the villa. There is a sitting room with a fireplace. There are three bedrooms on this floor. The first is a master bedroom, with a queen-size bed (160 cm) and a sitting area and ensuite bathroom with a bathtub, sink, and shower. The second has twin-beds (80-85 cm) that can be joined together to form a queen-size bed, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet. The third has twin-beds (80-85 cm) that can be joined together to form a queen-size bed, and an ensuite bathroom with a sink, bathtub, and toilet.
