Sun-seekers take note: this colorful villa is built with the South of France’s gorgeous weather in mind, with airy interiors, plenty of French doors and big windows that open to the outdoors, a shaded stone patio, and a refreshing private pool. It’s a casual and comfortable base for exploring the nearby hilltop and seaside towns, and of course the beach, which is only 3 kilometers away. This villa is a great choice for a family, and is sure to keep everyone entertained with its pool, ping pong table, and trampoline.

Location Description

This villa is located 2 km from Bormes les Mimosas, a medieval village that features flower-lined streets and views of the Iles de’Or (Golden Islands). Originally referred to as simply Bormes, les Mimosas was added in the 1960’s to celebrate the many trees and flowers in town. January and February are the best months to see the flowers in bloom. Bormes les Mimosas is situated on a steep hill in which an ancient castle sits at the top. You’ll also find shops, restaurants, and markets as well as a post office, pharmacy, and bank. On Wednesdays mornings, the town has a weekly market. Excellent beaches are just 3 kilometers away. Day trips can include exploring Toulon in Var or St Tropez along the Cote d’Azur.

This villa is set on a large estate with Mediterranean trees and plants, and views of the surrounding vineyards and olive groves. There’s a large terrace with seating and tables for al fresco dining for up to 12 guests, and an outdoor kitchen with barbeque for preparing meals. There is a lovely private pool (11 x 5m) surrounded by an artificial lawn, and nearby sun loungers for enjoying the weather. There’s also a trampoline and a ping pong table. Private parking is available on the estate.

Interior Description

Ground floor: The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave, blender, kettle, toaster, and juicer. There’s a dining area with seating for 8-10 guests, and a living room with sofas, coffee tables, a fireplace, and access to the terrace through French doors. There are three bedrooms on this floor. The first has a queen size bed (160 cm) with an ensuite shower room. The second has twin beds (90 cm). The third has a standard double bed (140 cm, comfortable for one, cozy for two). There’s a bathroom with a shower, bathtub, sink, and toilet, and an additional guest bathroom with a toilet and sink. First floor: There are two bedrooms, each with a queen size bed (160 cm) and an ensuite shower room. There’s a separate WC with a toilet and sink.
