This apartment in Florence is located in a 16th century palazzo which has recently been restored. There is a lovely stone entrance to the building, and the apartment's three large windows overlook the Piazza Santa Trinita and its famous church.

(100m2) Second floor (with elevator): The apartment is on two levels and has parquet floors and coffered ceilings. First level: There is a comfortable living/dining room (60 m2) with large windows overlooking the Piazza Santa Trinita. There is a queen-size pull out sofa and kitchenette. In the loft over the living/dining room is the master bedroom with small study area, a walk-in closet and a very nice bathroom with shower and tub. Other amenities include an oven, independent heating, dishwasher, washing machine, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, vacuum cleaner, two sets of linens and towels, buzzer, telephone, color TV, microwave, American coffee maker. Daily maid service and catering on request. This apartment is not suitable for students.

Enjoyed Most:
The location and the living area. It had everything needed for a complete stay.
Unpleasant Surprises:
It was noisy. We stayed one night at a hotel later in vacation and it was even louder there. I guess no one sleeps in Florence at night. There are a lot of steps for someone who has problems with stairs.<
Surrounding Area:
It was located close the the river and shopping.
Tips or Restaurants:

Check In Out:
Our plane got in late and we had to take a train making it late when we got arrived.
It was a little confusing having to go to a hotel to get the key and then to the rental property fter flying for many hours and being very tired.

Enjoyed Most:
Tremendous location, close to all museums, shopping and river. The apartment was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The bathroom was spacious as well and there is a walk in closet to hold all the suitcases
Unpleasant Surprises:
The street noise was significant in the morning even on a second floor which is 64 steps up.
Surrounding Area:
The apartment could not be in a better location for all activities
Tips or Restaurants:
The apartment is well stocked with appliances, including a microwave, washer-dryer combo, and full electric range with oven.
Directions:
To get to the apartment from the train station, the cab ride is about 6 Euros
Check In Out:
The check in and out staff were competent, courteous and quick

Overall:
We had a great stay. Will use Rentvillas again. Already planning our next trip to Italy. Thank you for all your help.

The location was perfect. It was clean and had everything we needed. Thank you for the pasta dinner left in the kitchen for us.

Very close to the river and bridges. Museums all within walking distance. Cafe's and stores all very close.
Tips or Restaurants:
The map you gave us was very useful. Bring your wallet for great shopping and your stomachs for gelato and pizza.
