	Exterior Description Located within easy reach of the Nice airport (15 km) and St. Paul de Vence (10 km), this Provencal villa is owned by a British architect and a French writer. Local shops (2 km) are nearby. The house enjoys a peaceful location on one acre of woodland. The beach is just fifteen minutes away. There is a swimming pool (10m x 4.5m) and a terrace equipped with outdoor furniture and a summer kitchen with pizza oven and barbecue. A volleyball net and badminton equipment are also available for guests' use. Four hours of weekly cleaning are included in the rental price.


	Interior Description (230 m2) There is a living room with a sofa bed and fireplace. There is a dining room, a library, and a well-equipped kitchen. There is also a laundry room with washing machine. The bedrooms include one double bedroom with queen-size bed, one double bedroom with standard double, and one twin-bedded room. The bedrooms share two bathrooms, one with tub, and one with shower. The amenities include: washing machine, barbecue, pizza oven, volleyball net, and badminton equipment.

Security Deposit

• Upon arrival at the property you are required to pay to the property representative a security deposit payable in cash. The security deposit will be returned to you prior to your departure minus any extra charges or accidental damages to the property. The listed security deposit is: 300 EUR

• Arrivals between 6:00 pm and 7:00 pm will be charged a late arrival fee of: 30 EUR

• Arrivals between 7:00 pm and 8:00 pm will be charged a late arrival fee of: 60 EUR
