- This beautiful villa is located in Torre delle Stelle, a very large residential complex composed mainly of vacation villas. The complex is easily accessed off a main road and through three entrances. Please note that all the roads inside the complex are dirt roads which are watered often during the day because of the dust. Some of the villas are scattered among the green; others are close by.
Villa Turquoise sits on 500 m2, high on a hill, close to other villas and yet very private. Both the villa and the grounds are very well kept. The nearest towns (about 2 km) are Flumini di Quartu and Villasimius, where there are grocery stores, restaurants, bars, and sandy beaches. The nearest beach is about 250 meters away. Cagliari, which is 35 km away, has an airport, port, museums, restaurants, shopping malls.
- Interior Description
- (110m2) Two floors.
Ground Floor: The central living area includes an open plan living room, dining room, and fully equipped kitchen. All ground floor rooms open onto the garden and pool area. There is a guest WC.
First Floor: There is one double bedroom and one twin-bedded room (beds can be joined to form a double bed). The bedrooms share a bathroom shower. There is a spacious terrace with panoramic views. The amenities include washing machine, and barbecue.

Arrive and Relax: Don't stress about getting the necessities the moment you arrive! The owners provide a nice welcome basket with mineral water, milk, nescafè coffee, tea bags, sugar, fruit juice, bread, jam, butter, ham slices, cheese, crackers, biscuits, eggs, and a bottle of wine.

Security Deposit
- Upon arrival at the property you are required to pay to the property representative a security deposit payable by credit card. The security deposit will be returned to you prior to your departure minus any extra charges or accidental damages to the property. The listed security deposit is: 500 EUR
Additional Expenses
- Utilities and Final Cleaning (Payable in Cash Upon Arrival) - Weekly Charge: 120 EUR
- If you request and receive permission to arrive after 5 pm and before 10 pm, the following amount will be deducted from the security deposit: 25 EUR
- If you request and receive permission to arrive after 10 pm or on another day, the following amount will be deducted from your security deposit: 50 EUR
- Final Cleaning Charge (If Kitchen Is Not Left Clean Upon Departure): 50 EUR
- Electricity: According to consumption

- Heating (in Italy): Allowed by law from November 1 - April 1; some exceptions for extreme weather
- Cook Services (If Available): must be arranged at least 2 months prior to arrival

Enjoyed Most:
The views and location were stunning. You could take in the sea and beach views uninterupted from almost everywhere on the property
Enjoyed Least:
The lounge area was a little limited, and the TV reception could have been better, as I missed both Soccer and Rugby matches. Also needed a stereo.

Vassilimius, no point walking. A car is essential
Tips or Restaurants:
Van Gogh restaurant was very good. Although a lot of places are closed during the quieter periods. Check first.

Enjoyed Most:
We had a fantastic view on the seaside and beach. It was according to the online description and also very true to the pictures which were published.
Enjoyed Least:
When we arrived around 700pm on Saturday, we were a bit disappointed not to find a minimum of food to get us going at least until the next morning. We had only a 2-hour flight, but we can imagine for people flying from further away, going grocery shopping is the last thing you want to do.
Surrounding Area:
We really enjoyed the scenery of the southeast coast. Very beautiful, turquoise blue sea and very natural wild vegetation.
Nearby Events or Locales:
The nearest town was Solanas about 15 minutes by car. Impossible to walk there! We discovered a very nice beach in Villasimius which is the next town and also discovered a nice shopping street.
Tips or Restaurants:
We would advise future renters to rent a car as it's impossible to get around by any other means. Also, buy food prior to arrival.
