Overall:
The property is quite beautiful and being able to pick fruit was a novel experience. Ask the owner about restaurants and anything else that comes to mind even a mojito recipe! He is very helpful and knows a lot about the area.
Enjoyed Most:
The property has a great swimming pool and garden filled with fruits and flowers. Very nice to go out in the morning and pick tomatoes and lemons for the salad.
Unpleasant Surprises:
Although quite beautiful, the garden attracts lots of common houseflies that are very aggressive. Also, since the garden is high maintenance, at least one person arrives every day to do something which makes the property less private and less peaceful. Also, there is a dog caged on the property that barks all day and night, and hens and a cock in the backyard that wake you up very early in the morning. You get used to those after a while, though.

The whole area is very beautiful.
Nearby Events or Locales:
The nearest small town is Asteri, and it is within a walking distance. In the evenings it is best to have a flashlight because it gets dark very fast and the cars won't see you without it.
Tips or Restaurants:
Future renters should bring something to keep away the flies. The mosquitoes were almost non-existent but the houseflies were a bother.
There is a great place by the beach called River Taverna. They serve good food and there are usually few people sunbathing there so you can always be sure to get space. Driving inland you can find many local restaurants that are quite nice, but try to dine after ten as the locals do. It is a lot more fun.
