Overall:
The villa was very spacious and in good condition.
Enjoyed Most:
Nice pool and quiet backyard. Really enjoyed the open air deck.
Enjoyed Least:
Too warm at night. The bedrooms need fans.
Surrounding Area:
We really like the Arenal beach area. The beach was beautiful and the promenade along the beach was filled with wonderful shops and restaurants.
Nearby Events or Locales:
There were a few shops and stores in walking distance, but a car is really necessary to see the area.
Tips or Restaurants:
Several good restaurant recommendations including Lungo Mare for Italian, Monsoon Thai, and India Palace buffet.
Directions:
You really need a GPS system to find the villa. The house numbering system in the development is not very intuitive.

Overall:
Overall, we were very pleased with this villa.
Enjoyed Most:
It is very spacious and we felt in very good condition. Its location is excellent with grocery shopping and bar within walking distance and, especially nice, easy walking distance to wonderful views and some picturesque, rocky beaches, where the swimming was excellent. The pool is excellent and we enjoyed it every day and became quite attached to a crocodile raft that was supplied. Also, we used the barbecue a couple of times, it is also great.
Enjoyed Least:
We found the basement bedroom to be damp, but the two main floor bedrooms are excellent.
Surrounding Area:
Very beautiful cliffs, beaches and views. We found Javea quite a "touristy" town, some great restaurants though.
Nearby Events or Locales:
Javea, no, you would need a vehicle.
Tips or Restaurants:
This villa is very well supplied. Sitting on the upper veranda, having meals is wonderful and relaxing in spite of a neighboring villa which was having construction work done. We would book this villa again.
Directions:
We did not have GPS and this would definitely be an asset.

The kitchen needs some new pots and pans and it would be nice to have dish soap provided.

Small town, great beaches.

Javea, but you really need a car.

Overall:
The Villa was beyond my expectations. Very spacious and comfortable.
Enjoyed Most:
The pool and the BBQ.
Enjoyed Least:
Nothing.
Nearby Events or Locales:
There was a Pub and a restaurant 200m down the road and a supermarket about 1.5km.
Tips or Restaurants:
Having some fly-mosquito repellent would be good.
Directions:
Good, we had a GPS which made it very easy.

Enjoyed Most:
The terrace was fantastic for sitting out in the evening and the house was more spacious that I expected.
Enjoyed Least:
The ants.
Surrounding Area:
The views of the coast line were stunning and the locals were very friendly.
Nearby Events or Locales:
Javea, 15 minute drive away. But there were shops and bars within walking distance.
