Overall:
We loved this place and would return in a heartbeat!
Enjoyed Most:
The facilities are modern and convenient in every way, and the owners are a delightful family, always helpful and charming. Especially delightful was the special dinner cooked by the family and some of the guests - and available to all of us.
Surrounding Area:
This property is centrally located to most of Tuscany and Umbria so day trips to Florence, Siena, Assisi, and dozens of other beautiful hill towns are very easy if you have a car.
Nearby Events or Locales:
Creti, which is within walking distance, is only a very small village. Foiano and Cortona are each a short drive.
Tips or Restaurants:
Your hosts will provide you with excellent restaurant suggestions for many of the towns in the area. We were delighted with each of their recommendations.
Directions:
We got a little confused when we exited the A-1 coming from Florence and could not find the signs to Creti. A quick call brought our hostess to our rescue.

Overall:
We had a wonderful experience. Marinella was extremely helpful with the planning portion of the trip. The owners were both gracious and helpful hosts while we were at the property. We enjoyed meeting them and getting to know them while we were there.
Enjoyed Most:
The property was beautiful and perfectly maintained. It was immaculately clean and the grounds were all gorgeous. It was also very centrally located to many of the towns we visited throughout Tuscany. We also loved the wine made at the property!
Enjoyed Least:
We didn't dislike anything! It was perfect and we hope to come back again someday soon!

We love the area - particularly the towns of Cortona and Siena.

I believe the town of Foiano was the closest town - it was not in walking distance, but it was a very short drive away.
Tips or Restaurants:
The property was well equipped. We went to the grocery store for essentials and the owner recommended some great restaurants as well. I would recommend trying the wine produced at the property and we also bought a cookbook from owners as a souvenir!
Check In Out:
We had to leave early in the morning so the owner was very nice to let us check out the night before. We had no problems at all.
