Overall:
This is a comfortable little house. It is a great place to relax and soak up the sunshine.
Enjoyed Most:
The quiet neighborhood and pretty yard and terrace is what we liked best.
Unpleasant Surprises:
The hot water heater must be very small because we ran out of hot water after a few showers. Editor's Note: After checking, it was discovered that the new water heater had been set to the minimum setting. It has now been adjusted.
Surrounding Area:
The area is close to the beaches and within a 2 hour drive there are several interesting modern towns for shopping and historical towns for sightseeing.
Nearby Events or Locales:
There are grocery stores close enough to walk to but I wouldn't call it a town.
Tips or Restaurants:
Bring lots of books and videos.
Directions:
We had a hard time finding the property the first time.

The furniture and beds was uncomfortable.

Calahonda was not within walking distance due to the large hills.
Tips or Restaurants:
Rent a small car as it is next to impossible to park a mini van within the compound.
Directions:
We used a GPS.
Check In Out:
The lady who met us was very nice and helpful.
