Marbella Villas
Marbella is the Coast del Sol's most stylish and expensive resort, frequented by royalty and film stars. Much of the Old Town has been transformed into boutiques and restaurants, but its small, old squares remain charming, nonetheless.

Of interest are the Iglesia de Nuestra Senora de la Encarnacion and the Museo de Grabado Espanol Contemporaeno, which displays some little-known Picasso works. Nightlife and beaches are plentiful, and most of the local beaches are free. If you're staying in one of our Marbella villas in the surrounding countryside, we'd suggest you avoid the heavily developed coastline both east and west of Marbella. Instead, venture inland to Ronda, a striking mountaintop town. There are great hiking possibilities, from short walks to day hikes. You can even hike to the ruins of a Roman theatre, situated 12 km from the town. If Morocco calls to you, the other option is to head west from our Marbella villas to Gibraltar (a British colony) and hop on a ferry to Tangier..
