Located within the city walls of Avignon, this spacious apartment is within easy walking distance of the train station and rue de la Republique, the city's main street. The central hub of Avignon is also well worth a visit. The city gained fame when the Pope took up residence here in the 15th century, leaving behind a Palace of the Popes. And while you're there, try the specialties of the area; olives, truffles, lamb, nougat and candied fruit. Avignon is also easy to get in and out of by train. This is the true Provence experience, one of the most authentic and genuinely regional areas in France.

Third floor:
This completely restored apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a 15th century mansion with a south-facing terrace. There is a Jacuzzi and barbecue on the terrace and a guest parking in a garage near the station, about 500 meters away.

The rooms are decorated in a sophisticated style that borrows both modern and classic elements.
Third floor:
There are stairs from the entrance up to the living/dining room (35m2), which is furnished with two sofas and a dining table with seating for six. There is a kitchen nook with a cook-top, oven, dishwasher and coffee maker. There are three bedrooms. The first bedroom has two single beds (trundle bed). The second bedroom has an American 160 cm queen-size bed. The third bedroom has a 160 cm queen-size bed. The second and third bedrooms are separated by a moveable partition and can be joined if desired. There is one bathroom with a sink, separate WC, Jacuzzi tub and shower. There is another guest bathroom with sink and WC. There are two independent mezzanine levels. Situated on the first mezzanine is a library with a sofa, satellite TV, DVD, VCR, and speakers. On the second mezzanine is an open study. The laundry room is equipped with a washing machine and dryer. The apartment is laid out on many levels, with steps up and down.
