Located above Beaumes de Venise, this property enjoys an exceptional view of the lovely village. The luxurious villa is furnished with 17th century furniture and original artwork by Provencal artists. It is located between Orange and Carpentras and offers convenient access to village shops (500 yards). Avignon (13.5 miles) is also nearby. The very helpful caretaker lives on the property and is at the complete disposal of the clients. While there are no screens on the windows and doors, the villa is fully air-conditioned. The gated property has an automatic entrance gate and an alarm system. There are five acres surrounding the villa. The large pool (not fenced) is complete with waterfall and automatic cleaning. There is a pool house equipped with a summer kitchen. There is also a sauna, and a covered spa (for 6 people). The pool is heated from May through October. There is also a bathroom with shower. Four hours and thirty minutes of maid service are provided six days a week, and includes washing the linen and towels. There is even a cave with wine that the clients can buy. Available is a high chair and a baby bed. All utilities are included in the rental cost.

(315 m2) Ground floor: There are two living rooms, a bar, fireplace, two satellite TVs (one is a big-screen TV), and a DVD player. The beautiful dining room seats ten. The fully equipped kitchen has with two sinks, a microwave, dishwasher, and a La Cornu stove. All of the appliances are top quality. There is a laundry room with washing machine and dryer. The study has a fax machine and telephone. There is a large king-size bedroom (with canopy) with bathroom with shower that is handicap accessible (wide doors and large shower) and a double sofa bed. First floor: There are four beautiful bedrooms: two bedrooms with king-size beds, and two twin-bedded rooms. All of these four bedrooms can be made up as twin-bedded or king-size (please specify). There are two bathrooms with tubs and two bathrooms with shower – all en suite. Each bedroom has a small safe, and its own telephone and number, as well as a television. The master bedroom has a terrace with beautiful views. The pool house has a fully equipped summer kitchen with dishwasher, a barbecue, and a sauna. The amenities include: mini soccer table, sauna, barbecue, two dishwashers, two satellite TVs, DVD player, microwave, washing machine, dryer, fax, telephone, food processor, American-style coffee maker, central gas heating, CD player, stereo. Mountain bikes can be available if requested when booking. No smoking inside the house.

Overall:
The villa is perfectly perfect and indeed worth its stars. We were delighted with the design, decor, setting and amenities. It was the most beautiful villa we've ever rented.

Christophe is a delightful guy, who took us over immediately and even helped me through a supermarche.
