- About The Experience
- This Greek villa features a private swimming pool, comfortable interiors, and a peaceful and central location on the island of Crete. A short drive away from the accommodation will take you to the beach as well as to Rethymnon or Fira where a fine selection of shops, restaurants, and water sports await you.
- Exterior Description
- This lovely villa has large terraces equipped with outdoor furniture on each floor. There is also a garden and swimming pool (34m2). The nearest beach is 5 km away. The nearby village of Prines has a small grocery store. Atsipopoulo (1 km from Prines) has a bakery, various shops, and a selection of good tavernas. There is also bus service from Atsipopoulo to Rethymnon. A rental car is recommended. There is parking available on the grounds. The local property representative will meet you at a prearranged place and guide you to the villa. At that point (or, if your arrival time is late, the following day), the representative will answer any questions and introduce you to the spectacular island of Crete. A representative will also remain available on a 24-hour help line for any further assistance you might need.
- Interior Description
- (133m2) Two floors. Ground floor: The entrance leads into a living room with stone fireplace, sofa bed, satellite TV, and a CD player. A stone archway leads to an open plan well-equipped kitchen with a microwave oven and dishwasher. There are two double bedrooms and one bathroom with Jacuzzi tub and washing machine. A flight of stairs leads to the first floor. First floor: There is a third double bedroom and one bathroom with tub. Please note: Sofa beds may vary in size and comfort and may not be adequate for adults. All windows are equipped with screens.

- Upon arrival at the property you are required to pay to the property representative a security deposit payable in cash. The security deposit will be returned to you prior to your departure minus any extra charges or accidental damages to the property. The listed security deposit is: 500 EUR

- Cook Services (If Available): must be arranged at least 2 months prior to arrival
- UPON ARRIVAL, RENTERS MUST PROVIDE A PHOTOCOPY OF EACH TRAVELER’S PASSPORT AND SIGN A CONTRACT FOR THE LOCAL AUTHORITIES.
