This three-story yellow building was built at the turn of the century. It is situated on the beach, facing the Lake Garda, and it is secured by an iron fence. It is divided into seven apartments; five of them are used as holiday homes by the owner's relatives. One can access the property on foot via a gate located on the state road. By car, the property is accessible via the parking space at the side of the house. On one side of the building, there is private access to a free pebbled beach on Lake Garda. The main entrance gate opens to a paved patio flanked by grassy areas. The front entrance is a large wooden door, and a stone staircase leads to the apartment, which is located on the second floor. The owners live on the ground floor of the building; all outdoor areas are shared with guests staying in the other apartments.

(90 m2) Second floor. There is a large, open plan room with bright yellow tiles; it is divided into a kitchen and a living area. The kitchen has a table for eight, as well as arched windows that provide a view of the lake and the beach. The comfortable living area has sofas and two French doors that provide access to a private terrace (60 m2). The terrace has a view of the lake, and it is equipped with sun chairs and a table for eight people. There is a small hall with a washing machine. There are two double bedrooms; one has a queen-size bed and an extra single bed, and the other has a queen-size bed. The bedrooms each have a window at the back of the building facing the mountains. The bathroom has two sinks, a shower with a handheld showerhead, a WC, and a bidet.

Available Amenities: Free use of a sailboat (470 or Flying Junior), air conditioning (serves the bedrooms and bathroom), heating (located in the entrance hall; gas-fueled; €60/week), dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven, stove, American coffee maker, CD player, radio, cassette tape player, TV (satellite and cable), iron and ironing board, clothing line, hairdryer, electricity (first 100 Kw are included in the rental price, and after that the cost is .25 Euros/ Kw), private parking.
Extra Services: Maid service (€10/hour), babysitting (€10/hour), cook service (€12/hour; excludes cost of ingredients), cooking classes (in English; 3-hour course in the morning or afternoon; €180 per class; max 6 participants per group), final cleaning (€75).
Nearby Attractions: Water sports on the lake are popular; in particular, swimming, wind surfing, sailing, and water skiing. There is a surfing/sailing school (800 meters away) with surf equipment and catamarans for rent.
Please Note:
The state road is located at the back of the property; thus, there is some noise from traffic (especially during July and August). However, the noise is lessened by the double panel windows in both bedrooms and the bathroom.

Enjoyed Most:
Absolutely fantastic place and location. The view is unbelievable. The apartment is beautifully renovated.
Unpleasant Surprises:
The road behind is busy and noisy. Bring ear plugs.

Great area, boat tours, walking, restaurants.
Nearby Events or Locales:
Castelletto is small but has nice places to eat and small shops, 2 minutes walking. Torri is 10 minutes away driving or bus and is bigger and very pretty.
Tips or Restaurants:
Take the half day cooking school in Verona from Luisa who will probably check you in. Michelin rated restaurant right next door. Very good and reasonably priced local fish restaurant.
