This southeastern Spanish villa on the Costa Blanca for rent is located near Pinosol, a verdant area of almost tropical greenery. This Valencia villa will put you about a five minute drive from El Arenal beach as well as local shopping areas, and only slightly farther from Javea, the closest village. The Costa Blanca area is characterized by fields of oranges and lemons, along with an amazing average of 300 days of sun per year. Cool ocean breezes, however, will keep you from baking, and a multitude of pine trees near this villa on the Costa Blanca lend the area plenty of greenery.

From your three-bedroom Spanish vacation villa, a drive of 5 minutes will take you into the heart of Javea, which is actually like three villages in one. Although it began as a simple fishing village, it now has a cozy central town as well as a beach area known as Arenal, where you’ll find a small bay lined with white sand and a lively boulevard for strolling and shopping. If you care to take longer day trips, you’ll find yourself between Valencia and Alicante. There are 24 golf and tennis courts in the region, as well as a variety of available water sports: water skiing, surfing, sailing, diving, and more. Javea also has a number of discotheques open all night. Two water parks filled with sea life are great for young and old alike, while the historic park Terra Mitica offers exciting fights between "medieval knights."

(2000 m2) This lovely villa sits on a large plot of land, at least 100 meters from any other buildings. Here you’ll have your own garden with lawn, patio, and terrace with barbecue area. There’s plenty of room for outdoor dining, covered or in the open, and along with the patio furniture you have a good selection of lounge chairs by the private swimming pool (5m x 10m, 2.1m deep).
InteriorDescription
(120 m2) Ground Floor: The living/dining area of this small villa consists of overstuffed chairs and a couch arranged around an open fireplace and satellite TV. A solid wood dining table at the other end of the room seats four, and large open arches lead into the hall and other rooms. An independent kitchen is fully equipped with stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and toaster. There are also three bedrooms on the ground floor: the first has two 90 cm-wide twin beds; the second bedroom is the same. Together they share a bathroom with sink, toilet, and tub with handheld showerhead. The third bedroom has one king-sized (180 cm) bed and an en suite bathroom with toilet, sink, and shower.
