This villa is ideally situated 100 meters from the coast of Marina della Lobra, walking distance from your private staircase on the property. Here you can rent a boat for the day and travel to the islands of Capri and Ischia, or even to Positano and Amalfi. Massa Lubrense is less than two kilometers away where you will find restaurants, shops, markets, and places to buy olive oil. There are also excellent pizzerias, mini-markets, and a discotheque. Sorrento is also a short drive away where you’ll find a museum, music festivals from mid-September to mid-October, and various art galleries throughout the year. Shoppers, be sure to stop by Via S. Cesaero in the center of Sorrento to browse craft stores, sweet shops, and clothing boutiques. Every Tuesday is the weekly street market. There are also cinemas, wine bars, and even a bowling alley to amuse you. Take full advantage of vacationing on the Amalfi Coast and be sure to take day trips to Positano, Capri, and Naples.

The property offers beautiful views of the coastline. The dining terrace is furnished with a barbecue, table, and chairs from which guests can enjoy the view of Capri and spectacular sunsets. The sun terrace is equipped with beach chairs and loungers. The villa is reached by a series of staircases and walkways. From the terrace of the villa, there is a private stairway down to the beach, which is only 100 meters away. Parking is available within the private residential park.

(130 m2) Ground floor: There is a living room with two sofa-beds (comfortable for one each), satellite TV, a computer, internet connection, stereo, CD and DVD players, and a dining area with a table and chairs. The kitchen is equipped with a freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, stovetop with five burners, electric oven, microwave oven, toaster, Italian and American coffee makers, and tea kettle. There is also an iron and ironing board. There are four bedrooms. Three bedrooms each have a 180cm king-sized bed and one bedroom has two 90cm single beds. Each bedroom has a private ensuite bathroom with a sink, toilet, and shower and opens to the terrace overlooking the sea.
