Location Description

Located near the exclusive Sandy Lane Estate in the parish of St. James, this villa is just a short distance to the beach. Referred to as the "Platinum Coast," St. James is known for having the calmest seas, the safest waters, and the softest sand. Many fun, interesting, and celebratory festivals are held throughout the year around the island, including the renowned Holetown Festival in February, which consists of fashion shows, street parades, live concerts, theatrical performances, and much more! Barbados is also a great place for the shopper, especially in the capital of Bridgetown. Broad Street has department stores, duty free shops, and other specialty boutiques whereas Pelican Village is a charming and picturesque outdoor center full of restaurants, art galleries, and craft stores. The island is very lively and has plenty of opportunities to play any kind of water sport, go golfing, and visit museums, all which allow you to make your schedule as busy or calm as you'd prefer.

Exterior Description

This villa is situated within two acres of tropical gardens and has a private swimming pool with sun loungers and views of the Caribbean Sea. There is a private beach cabana located on Sandy Lane Beach.

Interior Description

Main House:
Ground floor: The living room of this villa, furnished with couches and armchairs, looks out onto the patio and garden. The adjacent dining area has a table with chairs. There is a fully-equipped kitchen that is staffed with a personal cook for every meal. There is one bedroom on this floor with two single beds (which can be connected upon prior request) and an ensuite bathroom with a shower and tub.
First floor: There are two bedrooms on this floor. The first bedroom has a king-sized bed and ensuite bathroom with a separate shower and tub. The second bedroom has two single beds (which can be connected upon prior request) and an ensuite bathroom with a shower and tub.

Cottage: Completely independent from the main house, the cottage has a living area with a couch and its own kitchenette. There is one bedroom with a king-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower and tub.

Features Description

Available Amenities: Air conditioning in bedrooms, cable TV, DVD player, barbecue, private swimming pool, private beach cabana at Sandy Lane Beach. This villa comes with a private cook (3 meals per day), laundress, and maid service, each available six days a week.

Two single beds can be connected to form a king-sized bed upon request.

Two week minimum rentals are required over the Christmas/New Year period.
