A private moonlit path leads from the villa's extensive pool deck down to Secret Harbour Beach where there is amazing snorkeling, a delicious restaurant, and a fun dive shop. Even more, this St Thomas villa is a great place to bring the whole family- kids included, so pack your bags and get ready for some fun in the sun!

Location Description

The villa is located on the Nazareth Estate, in the east end of St. Thomas, and above Secret Harbour Beach, which is accessible via a private staircase of 96 steps. Other notable beaches include Coki Point, which is a great beach for snorkeling, Lindberg Bay is perfect for relaxing because it's rarely crowded, and Hull Bay is a local favorite. Red Hook is the nearest town to the villa and has shops, restaurants, a marina, a mall with more than 60 stores, and the Coral World Ocean Park, which is an aquarium park with sea anemones, sharks, eels, and sea turtles. Although further, but surely not to be missed is Charlotte Amalie, the US Virgin Islands capital. Here there is a large selection of shops, boutiques, restaurants, and historical sites. Daily activities can include kayaking, parasailing, diving, boating, or any other imaginable water sport. St. Thomas also has music, art, and dance festivals and lots of enjoyable attractions that include a submarine ride, swimming with the dolphins, and an aerial cable car ride to Paradise Point. Needless to say, you will never run out of things to do.

Exterior Description

(2.5 acres) This property is situated above Secret Harbour Beach and surrounded by flourishing gardens. It is comprised of a Main Villa and a Pavilion, which is situated next to the Main Villa. The Main Villa's living room opens to a covered patio where there are several chairs as well as a table with chairs. The patio looks directly to the sun deck where there is a private swimming pool (13ft x 28ft) and sun loungers looking to the Caribbean Sea. To the left of the swimming pool is another table with chairs, an umbrella covering additional seating arrangements, and a hot tub. A gated and lighted stone staircase curves through the gardens from the pool deck and leads down 96 steps to the beach. The property is fully fenced, with an electronic gate and parking is available within the grounds.

Interior Description

Main Villa
(3600 sq ft)
Main level: The villa's living room has couches, armchairs, a 42-inch flat screen TV with cable, DVD player, and French doors that open to the patio. There is a formal dining room with a table and chairs next to the kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a cook-top, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and dishwasher as well as an island with three chairs. Hallways from both sides of the living room lead to the east wing of the villa and the west wing of the villa where there are a total of three bedrooms. The first and second bedrooms are part of the east wing. The first bedroom has a king-sized bed, French doors to a private patio with a sitting area, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower and separate tub. The second bedroom has a king-sized bed (which can be separated to form two single beds upon prior request) and a bathroom situated directly across the hall with a shower. The third bedroom is part of the west wing. It has a queen-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower.
Mezzanine level: A spiral staircase from the living room leads up to an office with a desk, internet connection for a laptop, a printer, and fax machine.

Pavilion
Main level: Located next to the Main Villa, this pavilion has two bedroom suites. The first bedroom suite has a king-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom with a sink, toilet, and shower. The second bedroom suite has a wet bar with a coffee maker and mini-fridge, a king-sized bed, and an ensuite bathroom with a sink, toilet, shower, and separate Jacuzzi tub. Each bedroom suite has a walk-in closet and private deck.

There is a long-term tenant on the acreage. However, the stone walls surrounding the front of the Main Villa and Pavilion provide almost complete privacy . The tenant has his own electronic gate and driveway, apart from the villa's main entry.
