- With the ambience of a chic lounge, you’ll feel pretty stylish while staying at this holiday accommodation in Spain. Situated on three levels and with an elevator, this Andalucian villa features a furnished terrace and a private dip swimming pool for cooling off on those hot summer days. Plus, it’s located right in the village of Totalan where you’ll be steps away from a market and restaurants and a quick drive from the beach and the city of Malaga.
- Location Description
- The villa is located in the “pueblo blanco” of Totalan, which is a hilltop village named for its distinctive white-washed buildings and winding cobbled streets. Totalan features a market, pharmacy, and three local restaurants. Only a short distance further is Rincon de la Victoire where you’ll not only find shops (including a Carrefour), restaurants, and markets, but many interesting activities. The Cuevas del Tesoro, or Treasure Caves, feature Paleolithic wall paintings, underground pools, and underground caverns that you can visit. A festival of music is held each August inside the caves. Rincon de la Victoire also has a 3rd century fortress, a cinema, and nine kilometers of sandy beaches. Great day trip destinations include Malaga, where there’s a beautiful cathedral and botanical gardens, and Marbella.

- Exterior Description
- This contemporary villa with an elevator is set amidst a lovely garden and features views of the sea. Accessible from the villa’s upper level is a covered terrace with a built-in bar, a barbecue, grill, and sink as well as a dining table with chairs. Accessible from the villa’s lower level/bedroom is a terrace with a small, but private dip swimming pool. Parking is available 100 meters from the villa in the town’s parking lot.

Ground floor: The entrance leads to a combined living and dining area with a couch and table with chairs. The kitchen is equipped with a cook-top, oven, microwave, toaster, and dishwasher. There is a guest bathroom with a sink and toilet as well as a washing machine and dryer.
Lower floor: An elevator and a staircase of 15 steps lead down to the lower level where there is a 180 cm king-sized bed, a TV (local channels only), bookshelves, and a desk with a PC. There is also a bathroom with a sink, toilet, bidet, and shower. This room opens to the outdoor patio with the dip pool.
Upper floor: An elevator leads up to a hallway, a service bathroom with a toilet, and access to the outdoor terrace.
