Location Description

This villa is located 50 m from the beach and 150 m from Panormo, whose narrow car-free streets contain shops, traditional Greek taverns, and restaurants. A short drive or bus ride away, the nearby town of Margarites is known for its traditional pottery makers and ancient frescoes. Also nearby are the archeological site of one of ancient Crete’s most important cities, Eleftherna, and the 14th century Arkadion Monastery near the provincial capital of Rethymno.

Built in 2004, this 4-floor villa has a private pool (32 m2) with ocean views. There is a covered terrace with sun beds and parasols. There is also a barbeque. Parking is available in the single-car garage.

Interior Description

(240 m2)
There are four floors in the villa, two lower floors and one upper floor. The entrance is on the second floor.
Ground floor: This level has high ceilings and wooden beams, and is the main entrance to the villa. There is a dining area with table and chairs and an eat-in kitchen with table and chairs that is equipped with a microwave, toaster, American coffee maker, oven, electric kettle, and dishwasher. Up a short set of stairs is a decorated sitting room that overlooks the dining area, with a couch, coffee table, chairs, working fireplace, satellite TV, and a corner balcony with views of the pool and the ocean.
First Lower floor: This level has two bedrooms. The first bedroom has narrow twin-beds (80 x 200 cm), most appropriate for young people, and the second bedroom has a large single bed (120 m x 200 cm). There is a bathroom with a Jacuzzi bathtub, a toilet, and a sink. A balcony on this level leads to a veranda.
Second Lower floor: This floor has one bedroom with twin-beds. There is also a sitting area with 3 narrow single beds (85 x 190 cm), most appropriate for young people. There are two bathrooms, each with a toilet, a sink, and a shower. There is also a small kitchenette with a mini fridge and a washing machine, as well as a balcony.
First floor: This level has a bedroom with a large single bed (120 m x 200 cm), and an ensuite bathroom with a shower, toilet, and sink. There is also a balcony with ocean views.
