- Location Description
- This villa is located on the Italian Riviera in the seaside town and World Heritage site of Portovenere, just across the street from a beach. Within walking distance is the town’s waterfront shopping area, restaurants, and sights like the Gothic church of St Peter from 1198, castle, Romanesque church of St Lawrence from 1098. There’s also ferry service to other neighboring towns, including the Cinque Terre. Many locals come here, so you’ll be witness to a true view of Italian life. Of course you’ll also want to enjoy the beaches at L’Arenella, Royal, or L’Olivo. Le Spezia is a quick trip away where there are churches, museums, a castle, and a notable antique fair, as well as a train going to the Cinque Terre. Given that the Cinque Terre is only 25 kilometers away from the property, it is definitely a place you’ll have to visit for a day (or few) and see all its natural beauty in person. Other possible day trips to experience a change of scenery include the famous Tuscan cities of Lucca and Pisa.

- This villa has a lovely yard with rose bushes, fruit and olive trees, and old palms. There’s a private sea water pool (14 x 5m) that overlooks the sea. Nearby are sun loungers and an umbrella, as well as a nearby outdoor kitchen area equipped with a grill, gas stove, and refrigerator. Eat the meals you prepare there at the outdoor dining area. There’s private parking for up to 5 cars.

- Main villa:
Ground floor: This floor has a living room furnished with a sofa and chairs, as well as a television and a marble fireplace. There is a dining room with an antique table and chairs. The kitchen is equipped with a breakfast table, microwave, coffee machine, and has access to a terrace where there is a washing machine and an outdoor sink. This floor also has a guest bathroom with a sink and toilet.
First floor: Up a marble staircase, this floor has three bedrooms. The first is a master bedroom with a queen size bed (160 cm) and a separate sitting area with a love seat and views. There is an adjacent bathroom with a bathtub, sink, and toilet. The second bedroom has a standard double bed (140 cm, comfortable for one, cozy for two), an ensuite bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet, and a small balcony overlooking the gulf. The third bedroom has a queen size bed (160 cm) and an ensuite bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet.
Guest house:
The guest house has a sitting area and a bedroom with a queen size bed (160 cm). There’s also a bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet.
