- A stunning Greek Island villa made from two caves houses on Santorini! Located in the village of Imerovigli, this villa is ideal for a family or couples who want private living spaces. Fully-equipped and with two terraces overlooking the sea (one with a Jacuzzi!), you will never want to leave. If you do, soak up the local culture in nearby Fira or put your taste buds to the test at one of the fine Greek restaurants within walking distance.
- Location Description
- This villa is located in the village of Imerovigli on the island of Santorini. Enjoy the myriad of shops and restaurants which are within a few minutes’ walk. Close by is the town of Fira, the capital of the island, with its white houses perched on the edge of a cliff overlooking the Caldera. Explore Plateia Theotokopoulou, the main square where all of the locals meet to dine and relax. Here you will find all kinds of shops, jewelers, cafes, restaurants, bars and night clubs. For a great day trip, visit the relaxed seaside village of Kamari which is known for its long black sandy beach.

Imerovigli: In Town
- Exterior Description
- This villa is created from two independent cave houses built and decorated in a traditional Greek style. Each cave house is independent with only access by exterior stairs, making it ideal for families and friends wanting private living spaces.
The ground floor has a private terrace with wonderful views and an outdoor Jacuzzi. On the first floor is another covered private balcony (40 m2) providing a view of the Caldera. Exterior stairs connect the two floors.
- Interior Description
Cave House 1
(65 m2) Ground Floor (About 15 steps): Enter the house with smooth, pure white interiors to the living room. Here, there are orange banquette style couches, a table and chairs and a Satellite TV. There is a spacious double bedroom with a king size bed (180 cm) with an en-suite bathroom with a shower and his and hers vanities. A second bathroom with a shower is just off the lounge. There is a fully-equipped kitchen with an uninterrupted Caldera view from the stove top.
Cave House 2
(65 m2) First Floor: This house offers a smooth, sculpted interior. It consists of a bright living room with a Satellite TV, dining area, and well equipped kitchen. Leading from the living room, the master bedroom has a queen size bed (160 cm) and en-suite bathroom with shower. The second bedroom has a set of narrow, banquette style twin beds (80 cm), most suitable for young people, with an en-suite bathroom with shower.

Nearby Attractions: Imerovigli has many notable churches including Ai-Stratis and the Monastery of Saint Nikolaos. Visit Skaros, which are the remains of a Venetian castle built in 1207. Fira, traditionally reached by donkey, can now be reached by cable car or an impressive (and exhausting!) 800 steps up from the port! Visit the Santorini Archeological Museum and the Museum of Prehistoric Thera or shop at the central square.

- These two cave houses are not connected internally.
- The second bedroom in Cave House 2 has narrow twin beds, most suitable for young people.

Security Deposit
- Upon arrival at the property you are required to pay to the property representative a security deposit payable in cash or by credit card. The security deposit will be returned to you prior to your departure minus any extra charges or accidental damages to the property. The listed security deposit is: 500 EUR
Additional Expenses
- If available, telephone is extra and charged according to consumption.
Other Notes
- Extra maid service is usually available upon request and is paid locally.
- If you arrive outside of the acceptable arrival times you will be charged a late arrival fee
- Clients are expected to depart the property by 9:00 am, unless otherwise indicated.
- If available, cook service must be arranged at least two months prior to arrival and is subject to the availability of the cook.
- ALL TRAVELERS ARE REQUIRED TO GIVE A PHOTOCOPY OF THEIR PASSPORT TO THE LOCAL MANAGER WHEN THEY ARRIVE AT THE PROPERTY. IN ADDITION, CLIENTS MAY BE ASKED TO SIGN A CONTRACT FOR THE LOCAL AUTHORITIES.
- Tourist Tax: Please be aware that upon arrival you may be asked to pay a mandatory Tourist Tax of 1-5 Euros per person per day.
