This three-story self-catering accommodation features an adorable stone walkway, wood-beam ceilings, and a private terrace with views of the sea. Rest and relax at home and when you’re ready take a quick drive away from this villa to Portovenere or to La Spezia, where you can catch the train to the Cinque Terre towns.

Location Description

One kilometer from the property you will find a post office, bar, restaurant, and small market. Only three kilometers away is the town of La Spezia where there are churches, museums, a castle, and a notable antique fair, as well as a train going to the Cinque Terre. Also only three kilometers away is the Cinque Terre HIGH pathways great for people who are interested in hiking the trails there. From here there is also a parking lot and restaurant. Portovenere, a charming coastal town is only 15 km away. The center of Portovenere has a waterfront shopping area, restaurants, and ferry services to other neighboring towns, including the Cinque Terre. Many locals come here, so you’ll be witness to a true view of Italian life. Of course you’ll also want to enjoy the beaches at L’Arenella, Royal, or L’Olivo.

Exterior Description

(30,000m2) This villa is nestled among olive groves on a hillside with views of the sea. There is a private outdoor area featuring a patio furnished with a table and chairs from where there are views of the sea. Free public parking is available along the road near the property.

Interior Description

Ground floor: This floor consists of a living room, dining room, and kitchen. The living room is furnished with two couches, a coffee table, and satellite TV. The dining room has a table with chairs. The kitchen is equipped with a cook-top, oven, microwave, toaster, espresso machine, and dishwasher.
First floor: A staircase from the dining room leads up 20 steps to the first floor where there are two bedrooms and one bathroom. The first bedroom has a 180 cm king-sized bed and the second bedroom has two 90 cm single beds. The bathroom has a double sink, toilet, and shower. There is also a second entrance to the villa from the outside. Next to this entrance is a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer.
Second floor: A staircase of 20 steps leads up to this floor where there are two bedrooms and bathrooms. The first bedroom has a 170 cm king-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom with a sink, toilet, and tub with a handheld shower. The second bedroom has a 170 cm king-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom with a sink, toilet, and shower.
