Located near the beautiful Maremma coast in southern Tuscany, this impressive stone villa, ideal for couples or families, offers wonderful views, a private swimming pool, and many amenities. A few minutes from Magliano in Toscana and just 20 minutes from the nearest beach, this villa, which can also be rented for smaller groups of 8, is an ideal retreat for those interested in exploring the areas along Tuscany’s southern coast.

Location Description

The Maremma coastline is in the south-western portion of Tuscany and continues across the regional border into Lazio. It has 160 km of shoreline, composed of sandy and rocky beaches, and many popular towns including Castiglione della Pescaia, Marina di Grosseto, Marina di Alberese, Follonica and Punt’Ala. The nearest bars, shops and restaurants are 8 km away in Magliano in Toscana. A further selection can be found in nearby Scansano (13 km). The closest beach is only 20 minute drive. Additional daytrips include the famous hot spring of Saturnia, 40 minutes, the beaches and villages of Monte Argentario, 45 minutes, or the celebrated Monti D'Uccellina reserve, 30 minutes away.

Exterior Description

This lovely villa offers panoramic views of the Tuscan hills and vineyards. The property sits within a 12 acres estate with olive groves and a large garden with a private swimming pool (14m x7 m) set on a sun terrace with lovely views over one of the best country sides of Italy. There is covered parking for up to 4 cars.

Interior Description

(450 m2)
Ground Floor: The entrance leads to a living room with a fireplace and Satellite TV, a dining room, and an equipped kitchen with an American coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave, and fireplace. There is a guest bathroom with a toilet.
First Floor: Here, there is the master bedroom and an en suite bathroom with bathtub. The second double bedroom has an en suite bathroom with shower. There is a third double bedroom, as well as a bedroom with twin beds that share a bathroom with shower and bathtub.
Guest Wing: This wing is composed of a living room with a fireplace, a dining room, and a kitchen. There are two double bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom, another double bedroom, and a further triple bedroom with three twin beds. These two bedrooms share a bathroom with a large shower.
