This Florence holiday accommodation is located in a restricted-traffic zone in Santa Croce, one of Florence's most characteristic neighborhoods. The apartment is on the second floor of a palazzo built in the 15th century. The palazzo is situated about two blocks from the Piazza Santa Croce and the famous Capella dei Pazzi.

This 15th century building was completely restored in 1996. It is a typical example of late medieval Florentine art. There is an elevator servicing each floor, and there is a terrace (for use by all tenants of the building) on the second floor (if taking the stairs) or the fourth floor (if taking the lift). The reason for this discrepancy is that the ceilings in the building are very high, and some of the apartments are located on a mezzanine level between two floors.

Daily maid service and catering on request. This apartment is not suitable for students.
