Lounge by your own private pool, cook your own authentic meals in this Tuscany country house, or wander into the local village. When the mood strikes, go for a day trip into Pisa or Florence! This farmhouse in Tuscany will always be waiting to welcome you at the end of the day.


	Exterior Description Pleasant, restored outbuilding (90 m2) in the countryside, 500 m from a small village (food shop) in the countryside. Views over the countryside. Enclosed property with gazebo, lawn (4 deck-chairs, table, 4 chairs, swing, table-tennis) which is crossed by a small, clear stream. Swimming-pool (11x5.5; max. 3 m deep) for the exclusive use of the guests only. Parking. There is another house 50 m away in the grounds.


	Interior Description ACCOMMODATION: Gr.fl.: dining room/kitchen (oven, freezer, dishwasher) with fireplace, sunny living room (TV), 2 double bedrooms where you can separate the beds in one of the bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower. Washing machine. Reasonably comfortable furniture. Central heating. Baby-bed available. LOCATION: 16 km Lucca, 44 km the sea.

• Upon arrival at the property you are required to pay to the property representative a security deposit payable in cash. The security deposit will be returned to you prior to your departure minus any extra charges or accidental damages to the property. The listed security deposit is: 300 EUR

• Final cleaning charge per person: 10 EUR

• If available, heating is allowed by Italian law only from November 1 to April 1 with exceptions made for extreme weather

• ** CHECK OUT: Your Departure must take place on Saturday morning between 8:00 am and 10:00 am, unless a different arrangement has been made with the keyholder.
