Ancient rural complex consisting of the villa where the owners live and the adjacent farmhouse. Six apartments and a single house have been obtained from the recent restoration of the farmhouse and its annexes, which have all been tastefully restored with great care. Fattoria Mansi has always been an ideal place for a relaxing holiday and among its guests was Giaccomo Puccini, who stayed here in 1898 and composed "La Tosca". The surrounding equipped outdoor area where there is also a swimming pool (9x25) (1/5-15/10) are at the guests' disposal. The property is situated in a pretty position among the gentle green hills that divide Lucca from the Tyrrhenian coast and from Versilia. All of the apartments have satellite TV. Laundry service on Tuesday morning. Possibility of Internet hookup at the reception. Comfortable furniture also with period pieces. It is forbidden to bring the pets in the swimming pool area. Midweekly cleaning (Tuesday afternoon) of the accommodation is included in the rental price. Midweekly linen change is possible upon request and to be paid for.Central heating. Baby-beds available

LOCATION: 2 km San Martino in Freddana (food shops), 12 km Lucca, 15 km Forte dei Marmi and Viareggio, 30 km Carrara and the Apuane Alps.
