2 km from Cortona, this hamlet is perfectly located for day trips throughout eastern and southern Tuscany, as well as northern Umbria. Just off the road leading to Cortona, this location is easily accessible, especially because of the bus stop just outside the estate which goes to Cortona and Arezzo. You can also go as far as Florence, via a train from Camucia, just 3 km away.

(35,000 m2) This beautiful 19th century hamlet has been carefully and lovingly restored by the owner, a member of a noble Cortonese family. It is situated at the base of a hill, looking up towards the town of Cortona, which sits on top of the hill. The estate consists of eight apartments within three buildings, all similarly decorated with some antique pieces. There is also a nice restaurant, a bar, a wine bar serving traditional foods, a lovely chapel, and a beautiful new swimming pool with showers and changing rooms. The dimensions of the pool are 10m x 20m, 0.9-2.2m deep. There is also a small hall for meetings, as well as an intimate hotel with twelve rooms. There is a shared washing machine available.

(105 m2) First floor: Formerly the house of the games keeper, this apartment has a large patio area in front which can be used for outdoor lunches or relaxing in the sun. The entrance to the apartment has a lobby area with a stone staircase which leads to the first floor entrance. The entrance is shared with one other apartment. Inside your own residence you will find a living/dining room with arm chairs, double sofa bed, and a dining table with chairs. There is a fully equipped kitchen. There are two bedrooms, one with two twin beds, and the other with a trundle bed. There is one bathroom with sink, toilet, and shower, and a second bathroom with sink, toilet, and tub with handheld shower head.

Great pool area, accommodation was very good, general service professional, good amenities, email etc. Staff very helpful.

Bring/buy a fan if it's this hot again; the hotel ran out!

Its beauty, and the kindness of the staff. Pool area was amazing! Proximity to Cortona.

Dark living room, no private deck or patio space for our unit.
Surrounding Area:
Cortona is beautiful, and the villa was a short drive to Montepulciano, Chianti and Siena
Nearby Events or Locales:
Cortona- a steep uphill walk of about 1.5 miles.
Tips or Restaurants:
The food at the villa restaurant was very good.
