- Location Description
- The villa is located 500 meters from the nearest restaurant and three kilometers from the nearest supermarket. Azeitao, which is six kilometers away, is the nearest actual village to the property and here you'll find shops, restaurants, and markets. Azeitao is known for being home to some of the fanciest estates in Portugal including the Quinta da Bacalhoa, a Renaissance villa built in the 15th century. Here you can tour the gardens, which contain the oldest tile in the country. Also known for their red wine, the Fonseca Winery is located on the edge of town where visitors can go wine tasting. Azeitao has a bus stop which makes trips into Setubal convenient should you not feel like driving. Setabul is full of shops, restaurants, churches and is where you'll find the nearest beach.

- (2,500m2) Situated at the foot of the Serra da Arrabida Natural Reserve, this villa is in a garden of pine, palm, olive, and laurel trees. There is a terrace furnished with a barbecue and a table with chairs. The private swimming pool (16m x 6m) is enclosed and there is also a Jacuzzi and sauna. Parking is available within the property grounds.

Ground floor: The entrance of the villa leads to a living room where there is a couch, armchairs, cable TV, and DVD player. This room then opens to a children's playroom where there are toys and games. There is a separate dining area with a table and chairs and a kitchen equipped with a cook-top, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and dishwasher. There are three bedrooms. The first bedroom has a 200 cm king-sized bed, cable TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a sink, toilet, shower, and separate tub. The second bedroom has a 180 king-sized bed, cable TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a sink, toilet, and tub with a handheld shower. The third bedroom has two 100 cm single beds, cable TV, and there is a third bathroom with a sink, toilet, and shower. There is also a room with a sauna and a Jacuzzi.
First floor: The fourth bedroom, which is the master suite, is located on this floor. A staircase leads up to a loft where there is a sofa bed (suitable for two children or one adult). The bedroom has a 200 cm king-sized bed, cable TV, a private terrace overlooking the garden, and an ensuite bathroom with a sink, toilet, and tub with a handheld shower.
