Location Description

The villa is located in the exclusive Royal Westmoreland Estate in the parish of St. James on the west coast of Barbados. This country club has sports facilities, a spa, restaurant, and café, and is a short distance to the beach as well. Referred to as the "Platinum Coast," St. James is known for having the calmest seas, the safest waters, and the softest sand. Many fun, interesting, and celebratory festivals are held throughout the year around the island, including the renowned Holetown Festival in February, which consists of fashion shows, street parades, live concerts, theatrical performances, and much more! Barbados is also a great place for the shopper, especially in the capital of Bridgetown. Broad Street has department stores, duty free shops, and other specialty boutiques whereas Pelican Village is a charming and picturesque outdoor center full of restaurants, art galleries, and craft stores. The island is very lively and has plenty of opportunities to play any kind of water sport, go golfing, and visit museums, all which allow you to make your schedule as busy or calm as you'd prefer.

Exterior Description

(3/4 acre) Situated near the 16th fairway of the Royal Westmoreland Golf Course, this villa has peaceful views of the abundant greenery surrounding the property. Just outside the villa is a patio furnished with couches and as well as a dining table with chairs. The patio leads down to the private swimming pool which is surrounded by sun loungers, umbrellas, and chairs. There is a garden around the villa with trees, plants, and colorful flowers. This villa is part of the Royal Westmoreland Facility, which is a gated community that offers 24-hour security, beach access through the Colony Club Hotel, tennis courts, a fitness center, and golf course.

Interior Description

Ground floor: The entrance opens to a large foyer which leads to the living room with couches, chairs, and access to the covered patio where there is a dining table with chairs. The fully-equipped kitchen is situated at the end of a hallway and at the top of five steps. The first bedroom has a king-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. The third bedroom has two single beds and an ensuite bathroom with a shower and tub. The fourth bedroom has a king-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower and tub.

Available Amenities: Air conditioning in bedrooms, ceiling fans, cable TV, stereo, ADSL high speed internet access, barbecue, private swimming pool. This villa comes with maid service six days per week.
