This Barbados accommodation is situated on three acres of flourishing gardens and is fitting for those who would like a sense of seclusion. The patio is great for alfresco dining, but for those going out occasions, Holetown is only a five-minute drive away from this Caribbean villa.

Location Description

Located on the exclusive Sandy Lane Estate in the parish of St. James, this west coast villa is just a short distance to the beach. Referred to as the "Platinum Coast," St. James is known for having the calmest seas, the safest waters, and the softest sand. Many fun, interesting, and celebratory festivals are held throughout the year around the island, including the renowned Holetown Festival in February, which consists of fashion shows, street parades, live concerts, theatrical performances, and much more! Barbados is also a great place for the shopper, especially in the capital of Bridgetown. Broad Street has department stores, duty free shops, and other specialty boutiques whereas Pelican Village is a charming and picturesque outdoor center full of restaurants, art galleries, and craft stores. The island is very lively and has plenty of opportunities to play any kind of water sport, go golfing, and visit museums, all which allow you to make your schedule as busy or calm as you'd prefer.

Exterior Description

(3 acres) This villa is nestled amongst three acres of tropical gardens. The main entrance to the villa is situated at the end of a long coral stone walkway. There is an outdoor covered formal dining room with ceiling fans and a covered patio with couches and armchairs. Near the covered patio is a separate open terrace with tables, chairs, and umbrellas. The private swimming pool (20ft x 50ft), surrounded by sun loungers, is in a secluded area of the garden bordered by tropical trees.

Interior Description

Ground floor: The formal living room is divided into two sitting areas, each with two couches, armchairs, and access to the patio. The cozy study room has a desk, couches, and cable TV. There is a separate dining room with a table and chairs and a fully-equipped kitchen that is staffed with a personal cook for every meal. The first and second bedrooms each have two single beds (which can be connected), access to the patio, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. The third bedroom has a king-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower and tub.
First floor: The master bedroom has two single beds (which can be connected) and an ensuite bathroom with a shower.

Available Amenities: Air conditioning in bedrooms, ceiling fans, cable TV, DVD player, VCR, fax machine, internet connection, washing machine, dryer, hair dryer, security system, private swimming pool. This villa comes with a private cook (3 meals per day), laundress, and maid service, each available six days a week.
