The large terrace, landscaped lawn, and swimming pool of your Lake Garda villa all offer panoramic views of the lake and surrounding mountains. The location is quiet and private, yet close to the picturesque town of Torri del Benaco. For water sports and further lake access, the town of Garda is eight kilometers away.

Location Description

The property is located a kilometer and a half from Torri del Benaco, a small but picturesque town on the Venetian and western side of Lake Garda. The main square has restaurants, cafes, shops, and a weekly market. The Castello Scaligero was built during the medieval times and is now a museum showcasing local artifacts. The harbor in Torre del Benaco is the perfect spot for relaxing while watching the colorful boats come in. A ferry service connects Torri to the western shore of Lake Garda, which makes visits to other towns easy and scenic. The town of Garda is renowned for La Rocca that you can gaze at from afar or climb for incredible views of Lake Garda. For day trips, Lazise is home to specialty shops, jewelers, and art galleries while Verona, the setting for William Shakespeare’s Romeo and Juliet, is interesting too.

Exterior Description

The villa is situated in a residential neighborhood outside of Torri del Benaco and has views of Lake Garda. A large terrace on the main level of the villa is furnished with a table, chairs, and barbecue. A staircase leads down to a landscaped lawn and a private swimming pool (6m x 10m). Parking is available for two cars within the property grounds.

Interior Description

Ground floor: There is a living room with a couch, satellite TV, and fireplace. The dining area has a table with chairs and the open kitchen is equipped with a cook-top, oven, and dishwasher and has access to the terrace. There is one bedroom and one bathroom on this floor. The bedroom has a 160 cm queen-sized bed and the bathroom has a sink, toilet, and shower.
Lower level: A spiral staircase leads down to two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The first bedroom has a 160 cm queen-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom with a sink, toilet, and shower. The second bedroom has a 160 cm queen-sized bed, a small living area, and an ensuite bathroom with a sink, toilet, shower, Jacuzzi tub, and sauna. This floor also has access to the garden.
