- The beautiful Holders Plantation with its Polo Field and 18th century house surrounds this Caribbean villa allowing you and friends to see history on an everyday basis. The grounds of this Barbados villa feature a private Jacuzzi, swimming pool, and tennis court. There is so much to do that makes spending the holidays in Barbados special- whether it is paragliding, seeing a live concert, or taking a walk on the beach, so prepare yourself for a trip you'll never forget.
- Location Description
- Located on the prestigious Polo Ridge in the parish of St. James, this west coast villa is just a short distance to the beach. Referred to as the "Platinum Coast," St. James is known for having the calmest seas, the safest waters, and the softest sand. Many fun, interesting, and celebratory festivals are held throughout the year around the island, including the renowned Holetown Festival in February, which consists of fashion shows, street parades, live concerts, theatrical performances, and much more! Barbados is also a great place for the shopper, especially in the capital of Bridgetown! Broad Street has department stores, duty free shops, and other specialty boutiques whereas Pelican Village is a charming and picturesque outdoor center full of restaurants, art galleries, and craft stores. The island is very lively and has plenty of opportunities to play any kind of water sport, go golfing, and visit museums, all which allow you to make your schedule as busy or calm as you'd prefer.

- Exterior Description
- Located on the corner of Holders Polo Field, this villa offers views of the natural beauty of the surrounding Holders Plantation. There is a furnished patio directly outside the main house where there are couches, armchairs, and views of the garden and tennis court. The tennis court is on artificial turf and has floodlights, making it possible to play at night. The private swimming pool, surrounded by sun loungers, has a bar with seating nearby, as well as a table with chairs. The Jacuzzi is located within a courtyard of the main house. The villa is located behind an electronic gate and parking is available within the property grounds.

Main House
Ground floor: The main living area of this villa has couches, chairs, ceiling fans, and leads to the dining room where there is a table with chairs. Both rooms have access to the patio. There are two bedrooms on this floor. The first bedroom has a four-poster king-sized bed and ensuite bathroom with a shower and the second bedroom has two single beds (which can be connected) and an ensuite bathroom with a shower.
First floor: The master bedroom is located on this floor and has views of the polo field. It is furnished with a king-sized bed and has an ensuite bathroom with a shower.
Cottage
This studio has a cozy living area with a couch, armchair, and coffee table, a king-sized bed, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower and Jacuzzi tub. Outside is a private patio with two chairs.

- Available Amenities: Air conditioning in bedrooms, cable TV, security system, BBQ, private swimming pool, Jacuzzi, tennis court, parking. This villa comes with a private cook (3 meals per day), laundress, and maid service, each available six days a week.

Please Note:
- Two single beds can be connected to form one king-sized bed upon request.
- This is a non-smoking property.
- This property can be rented with Villa Moon, which is next door, to accommodate an additional 10 people.
- Two week minimum rentals are required over the Christmas/New Year period.

Security Deposit
- Along with the final payment, a refundable security deposit is due. You will be requested to post a check to Rentvillas.com in the amount listed. The security deposit will be returned to you within 30 days of your departure from the property minus any damages to the property, or any charges incurred during your stay. The listed security deposit is: 1000 USD
